Literally the worst new truck buying experience I've ever had.... And just wait until you get to deal with the service dept just an awful all around experience here. WF says it was rodent damage but the issue with the sensor occurred 2 weeks after I bought the truck and the owner had been driving it as a demo so there is no doubt it was already there when I purchased the vehicle... They discounted the labor by 50 bucks LOL .... and it took them 2 hours to fix it and charged me 1100 bucks...

Long time on oil change. Forgot to ask them to show me my credit report again but forgot all my documents at home. Super cute baby blue ride inside. Almost wanted to take a pic so I could update their Pinterest account but technically that would have been false advertising.

If you are in the market for a used Ford DO NOT go to Woody Ford in Madill!!
They don't check their vehicles and hope you get the added warranty so then they can charge the cost of fixing their busted vehicles to you or the warranty company.

Uff free oil changes are cool. Until you bring your car in for warranty work and they mess up your bcm and you can't drive at night without your high beams. When we let them know they decided to charge us $300 to get it worked on. Our warranty work was $0 and in the end we have to pay for their mistakes. Also they sold us a messed up car that needed a new motor and may need a transmission as well. They lied about the vehicle to begin with. Oh and it has been 3+ months since their mistake, our bsm is still not working.

Chris made the process easy and was great to work with. However, the window tint he had put on the car before we picked it up was illegal in the state of Texas and did not come close to matching the rear window tint. This caused me to come out of pocket $300 to correct their mistake. Also, the application for Texas title was filled out incorrectly and created a headache on my end. Spent a week going back and forth with Chris and the Dallas County tax office. Finally was able to get it taken care of. Less than ideal customer service/accountability is why I took off three stars. Lesson learned I suppose.
