Alejandra was such a huge help. My husband, daughter, and I needed to upgrade our phones and she was so knowledgeable. She even looked for ways to save us money. She checked on us a month later to see how we were liking our new phones. We are so glad we chose to drive to Madill instead of Ardmore.

I have had several great uncounted with the manager who is Lisa Adams she is a very helpful, also had awesome energy and the upmost positive outlook on the way she communicates with me and my boyfriend she's always smiling and is very polite she has shown us nothing but great customer service everytime we have went in that store location I just thought I would share this with everyone because I had asked her how many years she has worked there and she had told me for 20 years that's 2 decades and she has been there for so long and still has a smile and still puts in all her effort each day she is very dedicated person from my perspective I would recommend anyone from any town to go visit her she will be able to help u and she will make sure u completely understand everything taking place at that time and you will be happy you went to that location.
