They will charge you for statements and then not send them, they make up fees and then treat you like a peasant if you don't like that. God forbid you want to take some money out of your own account. I don't even care if they're rude as long as they operate in a timely manner but they can't do that either.

I had a transaction with a Simmons Bank customer and he didn't have a lien release from the old Landmark Bank in Madill. After a 2-3 minute phone call (with a very cordial young lady) for verification, an email was sent to me in less than 20 minutes. Thank you Simmons Bank.

Missing correct hours for drive thru services, the hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8AM through 5:30PM . The information on this Google listing is not correct.Mondat, July 5th, in observance of the 4th of July, the bank will be closed and will open regularly on Tuesday July 6th

Why would the bank in madill have on their website banking hours that are not true!!!!Also called with a different answer, drive to the bank drive through CLOSED 30 min before I was told on the same day. I have banked at Landmark bank for 45 years. Since Simmons bought the bank it has been the worst banking experience ever. After closing the local branch they also closed the lobby at the nearest branch.. They have lost so many local customers because of poor service. I’m closing my account tomorrow. If you need a real bank with loan dept. and real services do not choose Simmons.

My father passed in November 2020. My mom submitted paperwork to have him removed from account, the bank removed her instead of my deceased father. Twice she made large deposits over $10,000.00. When she went to withdraw money to pay a contractor they told her she only had $200 in her account. After waiting for hours in the bank they found the mistake they made. I can understand this happening once but twice within a 30 day period is just wrong. BRING BACK LANDMARK!

Terrible service. Cant get ahold of your local branch. Balance is never correct. Transactions take entirely to long to process. Online/mobile banking never works. Would not recommend this bank.

Have banked at Landmark for 15yrs with no problems, could always get my balance on checking or savings Within minutes. Have called Simmons twice for my balances had to wait for 15 min for a human I gave her my name, card number, SS number last transaction on my credit card, last deposit in my checking. Still would not give me my bal.
