That bank is not right at all, they can't break or won't break anything, guess they can't count, don't open account, not worth it, the other banks are way better an works with everyone

They will charge you for statements and then not send them, they make up fees and then treat you like a peasant if you don't like that. God forbid you want to take some money out of your own account. I don't even care if they're rude as long as they operate in a timely manner but they can't do that either.

I had a transaction with a Simmons Bank customer and he didn't have a lien release from the old Landmark Bank in Madill. After a 2-3 minute phone call (with a very cordial young lady) for verification, an email was sent to me in less than 20 minutes. Thank you Simmons Bank.
