How can Walmart Money Services in Oklahoma charge taxes on top of a sending fee to send money Walmart to Walmart? Never in my life across the United States and sending money Walmart to Walmart have I ever been charged taxes on top of the fee to send money Walmart to Walmart. It costs me $4 to send money to somebody maybe, but it's cost my dad that same $4 plus an additional $5 in taxes just to send $40? Sounds highly illegal to me ?
