I was waiting on a medical test to arrive. I finally got notice to pick up a parcel within a few days or it was going to be sent back as this was our 3rd notice! WRONG!!! We were never notified of a parcel uuntil the last minute!! What they were saying that was our 3rd notice was actually our 1st notice and it happened to be the medical test if been waiting on for weeks!! It had been sitting at the post office all this time!! They sure have not only gotten slow on delivery but sloppy as well!!

This PO always has someone on duty that has been helpful to me in answeing questions and offering less expensive ways to ship a pkg. Small Town PO and very personable. Have everything any other PO carries. Usually the busiest times are the time everyone gets off of work or lunch hours but nothing so bad that it will take up a bunch of your time.

This place is is great most of the time I've had a couple of problems here one I sent a surgical steel ring to my wife but when the letter got there it had a corner torn off and the ring was missing Wich is somewhat my fault for sending it in an envelope and trusting too much in people to do the right thing and another time we sent our son a birthday present and when we thought we had the total we had to additionally buy tape for the box we shipped normally they are helpful in that aspect but not this time other than that it has been good experiences.

The staff is great. My only complaint is the customers, a lot of them don't follow the road signs and go the wrong way into the parking. There have been many times that I have almost hit someone backing out of the parking space because they come up the wrong way into the parking lot. If only they will install one way spike strips, that would fix that problem right away. Follow the arrows people!
