Nikki worked with my wife to find the perfect bridal set. She made sure my wife had the specific data to give me so i could buy her exactly what she wanted.
She explained all the policies that covered my purchase and how they would benefit me going forward.
A great shopping experience capped off with a tremendous example of teamwork across the store.
We shall remember this experience when choosing where to buy jewelry in the future.

I was very disappointed. I took my wedding rings in because the band broke at the solder. I was quoted an astronomical amount to repair them. (Even though I have the extended warranty). They wanted $3600. OR I could trade them in and get new rings. I took them to another jeweler and it cost $90. She doesn't make a commission on the repairs, just the sales. Did not feel they cared about me at all. I have been wearing these rings for more than 20 years. What would make her think they mean nothing to me?

What a wonderful set of sales woman at this particular location. They were so inviting, helpful . I felt they were attentive to what we were asking for and made further suggestions that spoke to the jewelry aesthetic we were trying to locate. Just great people !!!

The service at this Zales was very good, the staff were knowledgeble and freindly. I came in to get some jewelry repaired and they got me squared away rather quickly. I would definetly do business here again.
