My trash hasn't been picked up in two weeks. This happens often that my dumpster trash doesn't get dumped, and I have to call to get someone out to dump it. This time after several calls, still two weeks noone has come out. I have automatic payment come out and religiously my payment is taken on the first of each month. Never been late taking my money, but can't provide the services that have been paid for.

I own and operate D&B Gutter. I have had a roll off at my shop for almost 4 years now. I have never had 1 problem. When I call, they shop up for the pickup and reset every time, on time. I appreciate the convenience and reliability of this company.

I have never worked so hard to become a customer of a business and still be told no.I looked for SOLUTIONS to become one they LOOKED for ways for me not to be one.There SOLUTION was to drive by 1200.00 dollars a year. They drive by my house once a week but couldn't find a SOLUTION for picking up my trash.

Either incompetent or careless. Just passed one of their trucks carrying a roll out dumpster south of Lawton on I44 and they are blowing their trash all over the place. On top of littering, this is dangerous. Some of that trash blowing out can end up on somebody's windshield or hit a motorcycle and cause an accident or worse.Littering is illegal, and very disappointing coming from a company that calls themselves "waste solutions"

Year after years we have had nothing but problems. We rented a dumpster for 240 dollars a month and there were missed pickups ( over 4 including times where they only took half the dumpster. The older lady Tina or similar, in person and on the phone is rude and terrible with customer service. If I am paying for the service, I expect the job to be done! This company doesn't understand that, and doesn't care and that same old lady and her attitude is why we just canceled our service. Go with another reputable company that will appreciate their customers. This company owes me money if you think about it. Not once did they even offer to fix their mistake even when I was there inperson. We had to call the Duncan office to get proper help...Lawton is ( no pun intended) TRASH! Thank you Duncan for all your help when Lawton didn't come through.

If you are unsure what company you'll choose to haul off household trash, well you can mark this one off the list. Office staff is the rudest woman I"ve ever spoken to in my life and has the empathy and compassion of Stalin.IF you speak up about anything, they cancel your service. Which is a blessing anyway so you don't have to talk to her.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Well this company was ok until one day they didn't pick up our trash because they said it was knocked over we call them early to see if they can pick it up the manager was so rude she talked like she don't have time , talking all smart and do those stupid smart smiles over the phone , she sound unprofessional and Childish and she told us to go ahead and find an other company and that's what we did we found an other company and soon people will start leaving them because her call was recorded.Service: Trash removal & disposal

They did not pick up our trash for TWO WEEKS! When I called, the girl who answered said the driver started picking up the trash cans early. We did not get a notification of the time change, and they canceled our service WITHOUT NOTIFYING US. Just picked up their cans, without contacting us. WE HAD TO CALL THEM! And the manager had the nerve to say they were bending over backwards for us! HAH!! What a joke. There are other trash services. I would not recommend this business, to anyone.They even put a big dumpster on our property WITHOUT ASKING US and then said they could not pick up there. Then they picked up both the dumpster and our poly carts WITHOUT TELLING US.Plus, we put the trash cans where they told us to, and they turned around and said it was dangerous to put the there. Idiots, unorganized, non communication staff.
