Will NEVER use this store or pharmacy again!!! The MOST unprofessional people I have EVER had to deal with. Called for the pharmacy at 12:52 was put on hold. Some picked up 3 Xs to put me on hold and one time they picked up and just hung up. After calling back at 1:12 and being put on hold again with the recording saying 1 caller ahead of me I received a recording at 1:26 stating the pharmacy staff has gone to lunch and will return at 2. I once again hung up and called back. After speaking to the MOD I left my name and # and he would have the pharmacy manager call me. At 2:20 still no phone call back. I then called again to be passed back and forth between employees and put on hold for 13 more minutes to be hung up on AGAIN!!! At this point I’m beyond PISSED!!! The store manager was still absolutely NO help so asked for District Managers!!! VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STATS I WOULD!!!

Lazy, Rude, and Incompetent staff.
Stop answering the phone and hanging up or putting on immediate hold without greeting and asking first!! Y’all do this everyday no matter the time of day. It’s disgusting and poor taste!

I experienced extremely poor customer service at this pharmacy. The staff seems overworked and tired, which reflects in how they treat customers. Even after calling ahead, the wait time is excessively long. Once, I was even refused service without a valid reason simply because my prescription is a controlled substance. This is unacceptable. They could have easily verified the prescription with my clinic and doctor instead of being rude. I now go to Anderson Pharmacy in town and I recommend that you do the same. Their service is far superior.

I fuckin hate this place. They told me my prescriptions were gonna take 30 minutes to process or some shit but it's been 2 hours and I still don't know if they've got them in the first place.

You have to ask to use the bathroom which is slightly annoying, especially when you're about to pee yourself, but I understand the reasonings. My husband went and asked for the key for me and the lady at the checkout gave him an attitude like I already /did/ pee and it was in her cereal. She told him the bathrooms were closed. WHAT DO YOU MEAN CLOSED?! I had no idea there was a curfew on the bathrooms. See you again Lashonda (or w/e your name was) when I contract a UTI from holding my pee and have to come back to pick up my medication.

If I could put 0 star I would, what a bad customer service, I went there to pick up my son's prescription and they told me I wasn't on the system and it's been 3 days already. They told us to wait for 20min. I decided to comeback and check if it's ready after almost un hour wait and they told us I can't get the medicine because it's not cover with our insurance. They let me wait for almost 1 hr at the parking lot full bs reasons.

Pharmacy staff are rude, unhelpful and never fill prescriptions on time. When you call, they literally answer the phone with "What?" instead of "Hello." They act like they can't be bothered and are extremely condescending. Stay far, far away.
