I went into walgreens tonight to grab a few things on my way home and had my day absolutely brightened up by these two sweet ladies at the register. I only remember one of their names which was tracy she had red ish hair. The other girl was super sweet and unfortunately i don't remember her name but they were like the only two in there. We had a nice little conversation and i left the store with a big grin on my face. I will absolutely be coming back and telling my friends how sweet the staff is here. Those ladies definitely deserve a raise because they are just the sweetest souls ever!

I am Active Duty Army and have had some unfortunate life circumstances. Needing prescriptions filled with Walgreens has been a much better experience then waiting for sometimes hours at Reynolds pharmacy. Specifically, Josh in the pharmacy has shown me such patience and kindness! I was very upset, in pain and confused the last time and this time his calm demeanor and gracious words allowed me to listen as he solved all obstacles, resubmitted to insurance and got my prescription refilled within minutes. Just as he did the last time :)It's professionals like Josh that make the world a better place. To recognized the source of ones distress was pain and explain things simply as he could hear one's confusion, he paraphrases one's concerns and comes up with a plan quickly to solve it. God bless you Josh and thank you for what you do!

This pharmacy is extremely slow. I am not sure if they are under staffed or what the problem is. I was also told my prescription would be ready at 6:30 and at 7:00 while I was waiting in long drive thru line they call with a recorded message that they are out of the medicine and will have it in a few days. I am beyond upset!!

This is the rudest store with the rudest employees in town. There is always a long line, paying too much, to get insulting service. I can't believe Walgreen's can stay competitive in Lawton or any other town.

Walgreens pharmacy, is the worst. Meds were called in by the Dr, at 1:35, we were told to come back in an hour, which we came back in an hour and a half. 3:10. The girl told us to come back in another 30 minutes. Never apologize for the meds not being ready. Went inside to pickup meds again and a new girl licked up 2 registers. Still no apology. Walked out to get better service from the drive thru girl who is wonderful. Here it i 5:20 and we are just now getting her medication. And the worst thing about this whole thing is my daughter serves our country. It's sad that our soldiers are done like this. The hour wait is reasonable but not 4 hours!

This is one of those hit and miss places, the newer staff in the pharmacy is fairly rude and reluctant to help and seem to consider the customer an inconvenience to them.So if your looking for a place to be your pharmacy be prepared to possibly have to wait longer than promised. Multiple customers having issues usually is a sign of poor work ethic or lack of getting the job done.

I have used Walgreens for my prescriptions for awhile however after last night I'm done. They need a system for filling priority prescriptions vs every day refills and questions. My 16 month old needed his prescriptions from the hospital so he could receive his breathing treatment. I was told it would be ready at 1630. When I arrived they had not even started it. They told me it you be another hour. So I came back hour and half later and again it was ready and was told same thing. This is unacceptable. I understand being busy or short staffed but when someone is discharged from the hospital needing meds so soon get a better system. Something isn't working for that to happen.

I LOVE this Walgreens! They have everything, it's clean, the people are very friendly. I enjoy they way they have unique items around holidays, and special occasions. It's my pharmacy of choice, they are very knowledgeable. Thank you Walgreens!

I'm not sure where I should begin. From the staff to the cleanliness of the store, were all outstanding. Being greeted at the door is such a make or break experience for me and the lady behind the counter didn't skip a beat. As she greeted me, she also asked if I needed help with anything. I politely declined and thanked for her assistance anyway. I could also see while shopping that they cared to keep their shelves stocked. Everyone was so upbeat and friendly to everyone. My experience by far coming to this Walgreens was great and will continue to come back.

I will never come here again after how I was treated by an employee. I came to Lawton from a town 30 mins away to get Mother's Day gifts. By the time I pulled into the parking lot, I realized I had forgotten my mask at home. While I never go in a store without my mask now, I was driving another 30 mins home and back to get it since it would be a quick trip. Within 5 mins of grabbing items, an older black cashier begins to very loudly discuss how ignorant people who aren't wearing a mask are with another customer. Great, now I'm uncomfortable. I went to check out, and she did not look at me or speak to me, even after I said Hi. No big deal. A man got in like behind me with a mask on and she said "Sir thank you for wearing you mask. People are so ignorant. I can't believe someone would get in my line without a mask on. They don't take it serious. They won't care until someone they know gets sick and dies. They're dang stupid." She says this all and she's checking out my items. She handed me my bags and I said "Thank you ma'am" and she scoffed. As I payed, she continued to rant about how ignorant people who don't wear masks are and that they're putting her at risk. I left the store in tears. I know I should have had my mask on, but I forgot it. It was an honest mistake. There was no need to degrade me to another customer. I have never felt so upset in my life. To the employee who I encountered, was it necessary? Did it make you feel good? I have never written a bad review on any place or person. But how I was treated was unacceptable and disgusting.
