I Love coming here cause they are fast in terms of getting my medication and usually the employees are nice too but what I love more is the little toys and home decor/seasonal items they have! Like cute mini squishy mellow pillows, the cups they have..real cute stuff!

Thank You I know you all work hard and we are all a bunch of impossible rude want it now got to have it yesterday society because. I have had this script for 29 plus years....look all I want to say to the pharmacists is Thank You! You go above and beyond and if it were not for you we would never get better!!!!

Absolute chaos! Always the same excuse.. Dr/ Hospital/ clinic just put the order in. Yea an hour ago according to my print out.Drive thru was extended past the length of the building, line inside was the length of the whole back wall.Being told an hour wait for picking up meds is insane.Good luck.

This is a horrible Walgreens the staff all act like they do not want to help & they are rude & they ended up charging my bank card & not giving me what I paid for & instead they told me that the payment did not go thru They left me on hold for extensive periods of time & even hung up on me I had to call around #5 times in one day & they still could not get anything correct I am so disappointed in this sorry excuse for a Walgreens pharmacy it is a really horrible place You'd be better off taking your business elsewhere & avoiding this place altogether I'll never come back here for sure & they make me not want to use Walgreens at all I'm not wanting to have this experience with anyone especially a professional place DON'T GO HERE if you care about dealing with intelligence & professionalism & quality customer service for your pharmacy needs They are inadequate & uncaring & extremely rudeGood bye Walgreens in Ferris & Sheridan in Lawton The only impressions I got of you & your whole staff are negative I will never use this store again I promise good riddance

I have no complaints with Walgreens. Now, I am in Altus. I expect this store to be as good as the Sheridan store in Lawton.

I was on hold for over thirty minutes. When the woman in the pharmacy finally answered she said my doctor had not approved Rx yet. I was in middle of explaining to her that the Walgreens app said differently and she hung up. Unacceptable!!! I have filed a complaint with their corporate office.

I just sat for over 30 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone in Pharmacy with one caller ahead of me. Several times the phone would ring and then the music would start again. My husband is very ill and needs his first prescription from Walgreens as a TriCare for Life patient. As all Express Script patients have been notified in Lawton that we wouldn't be covered by our regular pharmacy anymore we have to go through Walgreens I was trying to find information as to how we can get our prescription through the pickup window for the first time. He is too ill to go into the store and wait his turn. After being on hold for so long he decided to go to our former pharmacy that we have done business with for over 45 years. We no longer have a co-pay there but at least they are quick and know how to take care of their customers. Walgreens is so understaffed in the store too. I should have known better because I can never find anyone available to help me with anything. The last time I was there I had to walk over the place just to find someone to check me out. This is unfair to the few that work there and even more unfair to the customers that have to shop there.

I had a horrible experience with pharmacy manager KELLY TRAN FIRST OFF SHE WOULDNT HONOR MY COUPON FOR MEDICINE THEN SHE COMPLETELY CHANGED MY PRESCRIPTION BECAUSE I COMPLAINED ABOUT HER EARLIER I WAS TOLD A PRICE OF $41.43 and she switches it to $60 purposely because she’s vindictive and just a horrible unempathetic thing who cares nothing about the patients who come there I need someone in corporate to get back with me because this ain’t right she needs to be fired! People like that don’t deserve to be managing a busy pharmacy like that if she can’t take the stress !!! Like who does that and thinks they won’t get karma And God’s wrath and trust me she will!!!! Just warning when dealing with her I was hoping I wouldn’t see her but here she is messing with my prescription on purpose and pleasure there’s a remedy for that

Why are Walgreen's pharmacy employees NOT wearing masks? I just walked out of the 701 NW Sheridan Rd. Lawton, OK location #04703, and only 1 person behind the pharmacy counter was wearing a mask. This is a disgrace and totally unprofessional considering the current pandemic. This will definitely be my LAST visit to Walgreen's.
