Employees appear agitated when a customer walks in. "Crap, I have to move and earn my paycheck now." They're rude, short with people, and should kick rocks to a job where they have zero interaction with customers. Is this an affiliate store managed by someone higher? What is the management contact information to complain to?

If you want to support a business that will knowingly sell you faulty products and will not work with the consumer in replacing their faulty product then this is a great place for you.Esco bars do not sell as fast here as they do we’re I’m from, however I still want to buy the Esco instead of trying another brand. I found that Vape 100 had them for about $3 cheaper than other places, and when moneys tight you save where you can. I’ve bought my last 4 escos here, I always try them before leaving because sometimes they’re burnt and I understand that once the vape leaves the store there is nothing they can do.Wrong.The employees there told me that the Escos have been burning on everyone lately.I spoke with the manager this morning because yet again I was sold a burnt vape (this is my second because my first was completely burnt) and he said there’s nothing he can do.You can’t offer me a discount on a new one? You can send back the vapes that are burnt to their manufacturer and they refund it. Why would I want to give my business to a company who doesn’t care.I’d gladly pay about $1-$3more, knowing my business matters.

Nothing but wonderful people here. Very helpful, explained the difference between all the vape types. Very clean store. Just wish they would stop rearranging everything.

Nice staff. They are very helpful. Usually, I have coils juice and mods that I need. I go the Vapor 100 on cache and Sheridan.

Came back from overseas and needed vape supplies badly, saw how close they are to post, friendly staff, great prices, and always having the juices I smoke was the biggest plus ever. Been a regular since October last year and will continue to shop here.

I don't like it there at all.. The staff not very personable and kind of snobby. I went there 3 times in less than a year and it was the same experience every time. I have since brought my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there and will never go there again.

My wife went to get my supplies - they carded her.. no problem there shes 37 - my wife asked me a question on the phone about the coils and the clerk refused to sell to her. That was very stupid and poor customer service. I will never be returning there.
