I had a bad encounter today with one of the employees in the office over the phone. I pretty much didn't receive my mail I was supoose to get 4/23/21 and it is the only time informed delivery has been wrong so I called the post office the guy got real rude and hung up like I'm lying. I had to call back and lester helped me and was real professional and spoke like he cared.***Edit****I received my missing mail the next day but I still feel as though I was owed an apology because. I wasn't rude or anything when I called in. Just wanted to know if my important mail could be found.

I went in to ship a box while I was visiting my in-laws in Lawton. 1 female and male employees behind the counter were talking. More like she was telling him about her husbands. She looked at me and told me to wait she would be with me shortly then she kept talking. So I guess here a customer is to wait for her to finish her talk. I went close to the counter. She glanced at me and kept on talking. Male employee caught my salty attitude so he decided to help me. My box to Hawai'i he told me it will arrive in following week Thursday- less than 5 days. I thought it was fast but didn't want to ask cause the female employee was waiting for me to leave so that she can continue to talk about her conversation with male employee. My box of course didn't arrive. 3rd week I went to our Hawai'i local post office. At the local post office we joked of course it won't arrive that fast. He said maybe they thought we don't have ocean between us. Hate the traffic and high cost of living here Hawai'i but that USPS Lawton made me appreciate our local services here. Never seen anything like that- no where in Hawai'i or any other main land!!

I was over at East side Haircut and I knew as soon as I went out to my truck something needed to be Mailed so I noticed I didn't need to drive to Downtown Lawton wonderful Customer service Since I come over to the East side of town each month for a Haircut I know where I will be dropping my Mail off now!!! Thanks for the wonderful Customer service God Bless you!!

Terrible. I was there on November 2. Three clerks were working, with not one wearing a mask. No concern for the safety of their customers. There is a city-wide ordinance in effect, and those three scofflaws are just doing their own selfish thing. I will just use FedEx or UPS from now on.

Packages are always late. This time however after waiting a whole day not able to go anywhere because I was expecting $300 in food in packages, my packages weren't delivered. Check tracking this morning says to pick up at Post Office. Called the post office and they are saying it's out for delivery now. Forget about guaranteed delivery times around here. It's whenever the employees feel like delivering. I've used dozens of different post offices in different cities, but this one is absolute garbage in comparison to any of the other ones.

The customer service at this USPS location is phenomenal!! The employees are genuine and very happy to help. This is the best post office I have been to throughout the nation, usually the employees are pretty cranky. I look forward to going into this post office because of the friendly service, it actually makes my day better.

I just want to say how helpful, professional and kind Carl is. When my family and I came in, he ensured we were taken care of. We had a rough day and he was such a blessing. Thank you for your help and all that you do for the customers and the community! Also, this Post Office is the cleanest post office I've ever been to. Definitely the best!

The staff was super friendly and very helpful!! They have all there boxes on the wall which was great. They also have a corner with toys for kids so our children were preoccupied the whole time! And we just happened to go today and they had Santa come and we took pictures with him and he had treats for our girls 😊
