“Steven was very helpful and friendly as was the new guy. He got us a storage unit and, much to my son's delight, even took us to view it in his golf cart. He answered all my questions and made sure I was able to enter and exit with no issues and knew the gate access hours. He was very thorough and I really appreciate that. Thank you.”
“Had a great experience , James went above and beyond to help us find a storage place that we need for my car since they dont have any available on their location on my visit. He even toured us and showed the sizes of ther different storage , even though we didn’t end up getting a storage there. The facility is well maintained, with CCTV’s , gated, I personally felt safe and impressed by how clean it was. I left my no. And asked him to give me call anytime they free up a 10x20 storage. And he did call me after 2 days. He is true to his words. Unfortunately I already found somewhere else , as my need was urgent . I highly recommend James and storage r us for any storage needs”
