My new favorite shoe store; I've been there twice and had great customer service from two different sales people. They will size your foot correctly for you and bring out multiple shoe models so that you leave with the best fit you can find. They carry the best brands for foot health, to include Hoka, Merrell, Brooks, Altra and ON. Highly recommend.

A huge thank you to Allison for helping my mom look for some shoes. She was so kind and patient with her. My mom hates shopping for shoes, but we convinced her to go try on some Hoka's. After going through two different sizes, plus trying on inserts for the shoes, she decided against purchasing any today. We appreciate the time she took with her and her kindness. My mom now knows where the store is and will hopefully be back one day.

I’m giving 3 stars because my wife got excellent service in what she needed, but me on the other hand I was kind of annoyed that I was put in a men’s sized shoe that was WAY bigger then my foot and I felt like I wasn’t being heard or acknowledged when I asked if my foot looked funny or why they don’t look right with my feet and was constantly told that the men’s would be better then women’s for me, mind you I am a women’s 10 wide and was constantly brought out a men’s 10/10.5 wide which in a women’s size is a 12!!!! I looked like I had clown shoes as the associate (after being ask many time if they looked right) continued to push the shoe on me. I NEVER ASKED to be brought men’s shoe and when I asked for a women’s pair I was continuously denied and keep being told the men’s pairs (THAT I COULDN’T FIT) were the right shoes for me knowing that the top of my toe doesn’t even hit where the black and grey meet at the top of the shoe the rest was just space. I’m thankful she helped my wife but I was ready to buy multiple pairs of running shoes but after that experience I’m not sure if I want to even go back to spend the money.

Amazing customer service at the Lawton, Ok store. I don't know the name of the young lady who helped me but I would hire her to work in my store in a heartbeat. Great job.

Josh in the mall at Lawton was awesome! He stayed at it hard until he found the right shoes for me with my bad feet; my husband and I will definitely be back. Lawton Tradehome Shoes over Wichita Falls any day for customer service.

Best service ever! Lawton the mall Josh was really good at finding the correct shoe for me with my issues of my bad feet. He didn't stop until he found the best shoes for me. I will give him 5 out of 5 stars! My husband and I will definitely be back even tho it's a little bit of a drive for us. Tradehome in Lawton is much better customer service than the one in Wichita Falls.

My first visit was on a recommendation from my podiatrist for Hoka shoes due to plantar fasciitis. Colton Wetzel's team was amazing! Once they heard about my pain/discomfort, they immediately suggested a couple different pair of shoes along with a specific type of insert. AMAZING. They were patient, understanding & so helpful. Not only did I buy my favorite new shoe, recovery shoes, socks & a water repellant spray but my husband also bought his first pair of Hoka. We are sold on Hoka & THIS STORE. Yesterday, I ran in to see if Colton could help me find a Hoka waterproof shoe as I am out in all 4 seasons delivering mail. I had done my research online looking for the Hoka TOA Gore-tex shoe but no store had it so I was hoping he would know a good substitute. Colton got on the phone and called other stores to see if he could personally track down the Hoka TOA in my size. And he did!!!! I was blown away. This type of customer service is so hard to come by these days. Colton & his team deserve high honors for listening to their customer's needs, offering the best choice for their needs & most of all, going above and beyond to meet the needs of the customers. As long as this store is in Lawton, we will always purchase our shoes from them & no one else. Thank you Team Colton!

Colten and his crew were absolutely amazing!! I have NEVER been treated so well and Colten took the time to show me ALL options in different price ranges to help me get some relief for my feet!! I called my coworker on the way home to let her know about my experience and she is planning to go this week!! I ended up getting the Hoka shoe and I can’t believe I’m saying this but I can’t wait to go to work Monday morning!!! THANK U COLTEN YOU REALLY DID AN AMZING JOB!! I know he is the manager but he should be the General or District manager!! WOW!!
UPDATE AND 2 DAYS LATER:
Had to go back to get me some shoes for everyday wear! The Hoka work shoes I got on Sunday has changed my life!! I am on my feet 10-12 hours a day and do NOT get to sit down for more than a few minutes…literally!! My feet did NOT HURT AFTER MY SHIFT AND MY LEG WHICH HAS ARTHRITIS DID NOT HURT ME AT ALL!! Best money I have ever spent and I will be back!!! COLTEN AND HIS ASSISTANT HAVE PROVEN TO BE MORE THAN AWESOME!! THANK YOU!!
