Most definitely never go without someone who knows a lot about how much cars should be. And never let them fix your car even if it’s free, bc it’s pointless. They never fixed my break pads or my air flow sensor like they said they did.

Pros: Quality staff. Francis and Marco were excellent and super respectful! They were very honest and open about their dealership and practices. I’ve experience bad car buying experiences before and this was a total dream. They were super patient and didn’t try to up sell me. I will absolutely come back for my next Toyota!
Cons: Really the only con I can say is the inventory size. They are a newer dealership and it does show with the amount of vehicles on hand. They were very adamant that if I wasn’t happy with the cars that were available they could pull from any one of the larger Toyota dealerships in the network. This issue will remedy itself as the dealership grows.
Now for that extra mile:
I purchased a new Camry and I wasn’t quite ready to sell my truck. Francis offered to follow me across state lines to make sure I could have my new car in my driveway that very night. It was about a 2.5 hour round trip for him! That’s going above and beyond in my book and has definitely earned my future business.

Bought a RAV4 used a couple weeks ago. Staff was so friendly and deal was so good it was worth driving up from Texas for. Mike in Finance and Tim/Jennifer in sales were all fantastic. I’ve bought a bunch of vehicles and not sure I’ve ever had a dealer who was so genuinely honest and friendly and eager to help. Will be the first place I look for my next one.

5 stars! Our experience at Southwest Toyota was top-notch, thanks to Francis, Mindy, and Mike. Francis was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. He even went above and beyond, driving to Tulsa on his day off to hand-deliver my new car in the color I wanted, so I didn’t have to wait. Mindy worked hard to keep our rates and payments low, and Mike was patient with all the paperwork. On top of that, all three were fantastic with our 2-year-old daughter during the 8-hour process. Amazing service all around! I will and have been recording them to all of my friends!!!

because this auto dealership in Oklahoma had one! The Staff from the managers, the sales man, and Doug who got it ready for us, were absolutely great and we are so happy to have done business with them. Such a great experience!!!!

Southwest Toyota bought my 1st new car! What an amazing experience that is suppose to be!! My sales man was Francis an amazing, wonderful, knowledgeable guy!! Went above and beyond! I can't say enough good about him! Finance was a little rocky at first only because I live out of state in Louisiana. But was able to get everything fixed! How amazing the car was even delivered to my house! Thank you Jackie for calling me and explaining things to me! You made my day! I am not going to lie I did leave a bad review but it was explained to me better by him. Thank you again.

I was conflicted on how to rate them. On the one hand, they did piss me about more often than not. Full-on bait-and-switches, used car warranties, isolating, icing, and teaming, among other techniques designed to pressure you into making a mistake. However for all my complaints, and there are many, I did end up with a car I liked at a price that was merely high, as opposed to extortionate. They were the only dealership in town that consistently showed me interesting stuff at interesting prices. The ford and Chevy dealership might as well have a sign over their dealership that says we don't serve poors here.
