This is a pretty good site. I has it's owe vacuums, and if there's any problems, a talk or two will get it all iron out. Nice people.

Update: I sent an email to customer service about 5 minutes after I submitted this review. I received a response to the Google review yesterday but didn't hear back from customer service until today. The email I received from customer service said that they were sorry that I had that issue and next time get out and check my vehicle and ask the attendant if I can go through again for a rewash, and they might let me. Not a guaranteed rewash for my car not being clean, but a possibility. So, basically they said Sorry, our $21 car wash didn't clean your car, better luck next time. We will not be coming back. Trash carwash with even worse customer service.
Paid 21 dollars for a car wash and it didn't even get the bird poop off of my car. Ridiculous price for poor quality work!

We've liked the car wash up until it ripped the mirror off my vehicle, they did an accident report and told us we would receive a phone call the next day, but have yet to hear or have yet to be able to get in touch or speak with anyone over this!!!

The staff could have turned me away for my SUV being too dirty but they didn’t. They took the extra time to spray off my car and then let it go through the car wash as originally planned. I appreciated their extra time to getting my car taken care of this morning.

First time here! I had no sense of direction and Andre guided me to where I needed to be. Very welcoming establishment and will definitely come back because of the positive experience!!

Love Tidal Wave Lawton! My car always comes out looking pristine!! Only thing that would make it better would to be an upholstery/carpet cleaner!! I hope in the near future they could be added.
