Robin was PHENOMENAL!!! She came highly recommended by other family members who had used her & that she also successfully helped. Robin was incredibly knowledgeable & presented in such a manner that I was actually able to understand. She made me feel comfortable & was able to answer any questions I had. The agent, Robin Harbolt, is very helpful and has a lot of experience and knowledge while walking us through the health insurance. We had many bad experiences with the online and phone appointments until Robin stepped in and straightened everything out.
