I get it , I was on the phone talking. I admit it was my fault but tonight I never encountered as seller as rude as she is! She don’t know how to approach and talk to a costumer have a decent conversation she like talking to a child and snatch the beer quickly like I am not gonna run the beer if your not selling it to me. I promise you , your losing costumer because of how you treat people ! She always have this angry attitude towards me everytime!! For now on I am not coming back since I have a big spender on the machine (scratches and tickets ) This department will not gonna last long not even a year! ? Change your moods and the costumers will keep coming back for you! Soo angry looking !You should fired ! I went to the next store and they are much more friendly smiling welcoming face as usual.

If I knew it was going to take15 minutes to pump 3 gallons of gas, Iwould have never stopped in!!! Will not stop here again!!

The place is decent. You can get hot drinks and cold drinks here . To include snacks. The prices are high here . Be careful the gas is not very good here . Too much water in the tanks and low grade gas.

I had a VERY bad experience at this store regarding fountain drink refills and an employee's rude refusal to address my concerns. Upon leaving, I believed I would never return to this or any other Stripes convenience store. I also immediately contacted the HQ of Stripes to complain about the pricing issue that led to my negative experience. Lo, and behold, the upper level management not only responded to my concerns in a professional and courteous manner, but addressed the issue within 24 hours. I am so impressed by their attentiveness to customer concerns that not only will I continue to choose Stripes stores for my gasoline, drinks, and snacks; I will actually return to this store on faith that the employees have been adequately informed how to treat customers. Good job Stripes Mgmt!
