The older lady at the front desk is disgustingly rude. She made snarky comments the entire time, was incredibly nosey & treated us like we were dumb. When asking her the price of a unit she replied, “you act like I should know the prices”. This business should be ashamed to employ someone who represents them so poorly.

If you plan to store your belongings long-term, I wouldn’t recommend this location. The staff was great when we first moved in, but when we came back to pick up our things, we found mouse droppings in every single box and thousands of dead grasshoppers inside the unit. Our belongings were stored in an outdoor unit, so that may have contributed—but the level of infestation was unacceptable.

The ladies at Storage Depot are miracle workers. I moved my belongings here after a terrible experience with a different company, and they were so kind and addressed every one of my concerns and have always gone out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The units are clean and well maintained. I just can't give high enough praises about this place.
