I'm currently staying in room 304. As I went to get into bed I pulled back the covers and looked down and noticed a discoloration on the white sheets. Well as I looked closer it was obvious the sheets were never changed because it was a BM smear on the sheets along with hair in various places on the sheets. I chose this hotel because it had such high ratings. Unfortunately, I don't agree with the cleanliness. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and apologetic. She brought me a whole new set of sheets, blanket and pillow cases for the bed. She even helped me take off the soiled linen. she apologized profusely. She even took pictures of the soiled linen to show her housekeeping staff. Extremely disgusting. I'm not happy with cleanliness of this hotel, I'm completely grossed out. I will say the lady at the front desk is extremely nice and very helpful.

Booked in Jul 2023 for end of Oct 2023. Cancelled in Oct weeks before stay. Never got refund. Reached out to corporate who said I needed to contact hotel. Reached out by phone and email numerous times and left numerous messages. Always told by reps that manager needed to process refund. After weeks of back and forth, finally got an email stating manager would process refund Monday. Never came. Ended up disputing charge with mastercard. Would not recommend doing business with this hotel or franchise.

This is a very nice hotel. Enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, the staff was extremely courteous, the amenities are above par, with a weight room, a pool, a lounge with vending machines and four televisions, and continental breakfast served every morning. For a hotel next to a highway, it was very quiet.

We didn’t necessarily have a bad experience, it’s just not worthy of a 5 star review. I chose this hotel due to the pool for the kids because not many in the area have an indoor pool so that’s a plus for that but the kids said it was cold, they still enjoyed it so oh well. The first room smelled extremely clean, but then there was a lingering smell of marijuana in the bathroom, obviously the fault of the previous guests but they probably should have aired out that room before booking it out again. The bathtub also had standing water. We told front desk and were given a new room right away. But then in the second bathroom, the sink stopper kept collapsing and not letting water drain. The breakfast does not taste good, it’s the usual eggs, sausage patties, etc but for some reason after staying at many hotels, there was something bland and off about it. They did have banana and blueberry batter for the waffles so that was nice. Pillows were not those usually fluffy hotel pillows you get, bed was comfortable enough.Overall we didn’t encounter anything horrendous, just a lot of little things that didn’t really call for a 5. So I guess very average quality.Location is five stars because it feels safe yet easy to access. Once inside the rooms, you don’t hear other guests, so sound proofing is great. It was quiet and our AC worked nicely.

This has to be one of the worst hotels. The lady at the front desk cancelled my room because I didn’t answer the phone while I was driving. She stated it was my fault for not replying with in a timely manner. She had no reason to cancel. I asked for her managers number or corporate and she told me to look it up online and refused to give me her name. She worked on 11/2 in the evening. I will be posting a negative review on every single website that I can.

Money was taken out of my account for a reservation that I never made! I called this hotel to let them know this happened and to see if they would give me my money back. I told them it was done fraudulently. I was told this was done through a 3rd party, Expedia, and to handle the matter there. Did that and Expedia said it was on this hotel to refund me the money. I was told that they would have the manager to call me back so we could work through all of this and he refused to call me back and said that I had to take it up with Expedia (who said that I have to take it up with this hotel). The GM refuses to call back so we can fix this! This has been a horrible situation!

We are local now, but have visited Lawton many times and tried various hotels, in search of a modern, clean, reasonably-priced and comfortable hotel: Sleep Inn was a nice surprise as we had need of an emergency place to stay since the a/c went out at our rental house! It’s off Hwy 44 and Gore Blvd, tucked back on frontage road with other hotels and businesses such as Cracker Barrel (which is ON Gore but you access there) so access is a little tricky. But hotel is modern and clean with dark woods, newer modern warm-colored furnishings, free buffet breakfast, pleasant staff. Our double queen h/c room was the same design, fresh-smelling and modern. But a TINY 24” tv, really? And only a desk chair for a double-occupancy room? One extra chair was needed.Bathroom was spotless and modern. Step-in tub was not for a h/c room but it did have grab bars and a sprayer.Plenty of bedside outlets for phones and my CPAP machine.Standard American hotel breakfast with eggs, sausage, wales etc. Coffe and tea 24-7 in lobby in pleasant table area. UDATED TO ADD: I fell outside this hotel on our last morning there and required an ambulance. I waited in the lobby, bleeding, and not one staff person acknowledged me even when the paramedics brought in a gurney; were they trained to turn a blind eye in case I was tempted to sue Sleep Inn? I guess so!

We had a terrible experience after flying in from Raleigh NC. Went here and the rooms were so clean, carpet clean and fresh. Awesome breakfast and exceptional customer service.i would highly recommend this hotel.

Customer service on par with that of the DMV. Front desk staff unpleasant/confrontational. Fault reversal/denial seemingly the first/only thing covered in staff onboarding. Two other hotels on the same road - take your chances there, as a poor experience at this Sleep Inn is assured.

Despite being advertised as pet friendly and welcoming service dogs, the man who checked my wife and I in was rude. He said, "Hey, hey, hey" and followed me to our room to tell us pets were not allowed. I had to explain it is a service dog, despite our dog's collar saying so, and despite my wife using a cane. After he demanded to see the certificate, he said it was invalid, because it said, "PTSD Service Dog." I had to tell him it stood for post-traumatic stress disorder, then he googled it - and said "okay." After talking to the man outside, telling him his business is advertised as pet friendly, and showing him evidence, he said, "it must be a different one." "There is not another Sleep Inn near the Wichita Mountains," I told him. Then when he took out the trash right outside our window, we could see him and shut the curtains. My wife was so upset, that she couldn't sleep and needed to go home the very next morning. We left before checkout, yet we were still charged both nights. Calling the corporate office didn't get the lost night refunded, and the manager could never be reached. I'll let you draw your own conclusions.

Pros: The bed is comfortable and the rooms are spacious with relatively large bathrooms with good counter space. I recommend getting a room on the opposite side of the freeway so it's quieter. Easy to get to Fort Sill and close to Viridian Coffee. Cons: pretty far from most places in Lawton, not close to most of the good restaurants. The breakfast is white breads, bland cereals, and waffles. Not for me. The coffee is terrible. The hotel would benefit from having items to purchase at the front desk: water, wine, snacks etc. Basically, an okay hotel for staying a night or two.

So we stayed back in January 2023 when our son graduated boot camp. Everything was fine except the room had a funky smell.Don’t know if it was the people there before us but yeah definitely funky.Other than that everything was great. The location is the best I think , and you’re just minutes away from base and tons of things to do.

Nice hotel, and I chose sleep inn because normally they have comfortable beds. So I was surprised when this one didn't. But other than a not so comfortable mattress, everything else was great.
