“Not a pleasant experience with the manager, Kay. I bought two ink cartridges for my Canon printer. Got home and realized they were the wrong color. (Not compatible) took the back and.was informed they would not return them since the box had been opened. So, immediately, Kay assumed I was lying. I don’t appreciate being assumed a liar and thief. Then SHE lied to me and said she was sorry but it’s store policy. She obviously was NOT sorry. She calls herself a “manager”. But managers should be able to assess a situation and make a reasonable call. She obviously was NOT the least interested. Consequently, Staples has lost a customer. I’ve been trading at Staples for approximately 30 years. I’ll buy my printer cartridges on line.”
