This business is truly amazing. They are a little busy but other than that they were professional and worked hard to ensure I could get to work by completing the job the same day . I'm Military and I can say that means a lot to me because getting to work and being on time is my lively hood . Thanks to the staff and owner .

Needed back rear window replaced in suburban before we left on a trip! They had no problem getting it in, they were fast and had very good customer service!!! Def recommend!

Owner broke his own promise! Contacted the business and talked to the owner of possibility getting my windshield fixed by him since he is closer than the business my insurance scheduled with in OKC. He said yes he could so we provided him with the year make and model as well as the VIN number and scheduled the appointment with him. We contacted him again couple of days prior to our appointment to confirm he can get it done and he told us as long as we get the vehicle to him by 9am on the day of our appointment. Today was our appointment and we had the car at his business by 8 and again they reassured us it will be fixed by end of business today. So since we had the owners assurance that it would be fixed today, we turned in our rental car. We didn't get any updates so we called in the afternoon and was told there was a mistake and they didn't have our windshield and someone was supposed to have called us but they forgot. Now I understand they are busy but don't make promises if you can't keep them, especially if you're the owner!

My car was damaged with the hail damage 15 Jun 23 . After meeting with my insurance a week later. I call around looking for someone to fix the windshield, I got intouch with Shane Burk svc on Friday. He took my information quote me a price and schedule me for next day. Drop my car off 8 21am Saturday 5 hrs. It was ready. Thanks for getting me in today.

Professional and very good at what they do. They were very reasonable, and did a great job with my vehicle. I couldn't of been more please with the work they did. Thank you guys for treating us so well, you answered all our questions.
