Was not happy after my windshield replacement. When i got my car back my dash and the hood was covered with shards and crushed glass. I also have a cut in the interior pillar on the passenger side. I have had windshields replaced in the past and NEVER had this happen. When I called this to their attention they took the car in the back, 20 minutes later crushed glass on the dash had still not been vacuumed. Next time I will go to DFW to get it done. Never would I expect to have my intetior damaged.
In response to your reply, my vehicle was not full of sap, you must have mistaken my car for another.
I am retired, do not drive my car much and it is garage kept and has had creamic coating applied when we purchased the vehicle. No one at your facility came to me and discussed any sap on my car.
Any way I am not about to get in a Pissing Match over this.
I know I saw the glass shards and crushed glass on the hood and interior if my car. And had to wait for someone to clean the mess, The person I told didnt clean all of it up and left crushed glass on the dash , I had to get my vacuum once I got home to finish cleaning it.
I am not satisfied with the condition to my car with that I am left with cut in the interior pillar on the passenger side. I also dont appreciate you saying you discussed anything with me regarding the paint. I didnt go in for a paint job, Nor did I have any sap on my car. I came in for a windshield replacement. I am also Notifying State Farm Insurance of my dissatisfaction of your work on my car.

Let me tell you something, this was by far the best experience I have had in a long time when it came to getting something repaired on my car. My back window was completely gone for almost a year due to tornado and hail damage. And due to certain finances and budgeting, it took me a long time to finally get it repaired. I did shop around to do some pricing with some of the competitors. I finally listen to one of my managers, who instructed me to go to Shane Burk auto glass repair. I should have listened a long time ago! This company gave me the best pricing in Oklahoma and surrounding cities. The process was so fast and so clean. But most importantly, the staff, especially the receptionist, Hollie, is the best there is around! She kept in correspondence with me, due to having to travel so much for my job, gave me detailed information that I needed to go ahead and move forward to having my car window replaced at establishment. On that note, the “SAFE” competitors better step up their game when it comes to detail work and their pricing. Also not having to travel to another city. Sometimes it is best to just stay local and support the businesses in your home town. I HIGHLY recommend Shane Burk auto glass for any type of car repair. I WISH I CAN GIVE MORE THAN FIVE STARS. THEY DESERVE 100 TIMES MORE! THANK YOU, THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Great, reliable, and fast service. Went in yesterday to have my windshield looked at. Turns out needed to be replaced. The company was efficient and worked quickly w/ my auto insurance company for the glass claim. Today, I'm driving with my brand new windshield, and thanks to the Pike Pass paper w/ instructions reminding customers like myself to call and get new Pike Pass sticker/ transponder to apply to the new windshield. Thankfully, everything was able to be done right here at Shane Burk Glass.

After we all got beat up from the hail storm, He got us in relatively quickly. One windshield whistles and one windshield leaks. For the amount of money I've given that place, I would think I would have gotten better workmanship and better quality of work.

Didn’t use their services due to trading in the vehicle however, when I called with questions and my concerns the staff was super helpful and polite. Prices were reasonable, for the times we’re in nowadays

Quick and fixed no problem, other than left over adhesive smeared across my new windshield. No didnt mention it, i felt sick that day and didnt want to people further. But overall will recommend, and have!

My wife took the armada in on Wednesday to get the new windshield installed, window looked good however they left dirty hand prints In The interior and the trim to the top of the windshield flew off while driving!! they told us to come back and we did, and they told us they were too busy to even look at it and they'd call us back??? it's now Saturday and we've still heard nothingUpdate: Shane personally came to my house on his day off . He was disappointed in the way his staff handled this situation, and I can really appreciate that as man hes taking care of the situation and apologized that's all I can ask.

Had my windshield replaced at Shane Burk auto glass, picked it up and had black hand prints and smears all over the headliner inside the vehicle. There was also debris all over our dash. If you are going to run a reputable business at least clean up after yourself. We pay good money to have our vehicles cared for by your company. Other than that the glass itself looks good and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

This business is truly amazing. They are a little busy but other than that they were professional and worked hard to ensure I could get to work by completing the job the same day . I'm Military and I can say that means a lot to me because getting to work and being on time is my lively hood . Thanks to the staff and owner .
