I contacted Gray storage and they immediately returned my messages. I was lucky enough to have Ann who works there call me. She completely understood my needs and she walked me through every step of the way. No question went unanswered. She was patient and kind even tho I was in a crisis and probably not the nicest person at the time. If I still had my business I would want Ann to work for me. This time in particular was the first time I'd used a 26 footer and a car carrier, and Matt & Steven were just hands on helping me/guiding me through the installation process, being so patient through it all. Thank you both so much, thank everyone for being just absolutely wonderful. Oh, on top of that, we got upgraded because they ran out of the truck & dolly we originally ordered, and not only did we not get up charged, we got a discount. 10/10, I can not recommend this store enough for moving, postal service and storage needs.”
