The men are always very helpful. I never have to wait long, especially when I book an appointment. I've been here at least 4+ times and every visit has been a positive experience. The only downside is you can never speak to an employee- it's all through corporate.

yes I highly recommend this sams club ,very friendly staff. and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taking care or. They think of their customers. Thanks so much for all you guys do and continue to do.
