February 11, 2023I placed two orders for Sam's Club pick for $220.82 at 12:52 pm and another for $50.76 at 1:25 pm. My order was not ready until after 5 and 6 pm. My first order was with a box of chicken thighs, orange juice, sour cream, gloves, cajun seasoning, and onion powder. The case of chicken thighs was not out of stock, according to the website. It was after five when I received the text that my first order was ready, and I waited for the second order. After 15 or 20 minutes, my second order was ready. My son and I drove to Sam's to pick up the order. The gentleman put it in the car and drove off, but I checked my receipt, and they had to cancel the chicken. The main reason that I placed the order. So I turned around and went back to the store. I went to the membership and asked why someone canceled the chicken thighs. She said she didn't know. She called to pick it up, and that same gentleman who put it in the car came. He said he didn't prepare the order and just took it out. So he didn't know anything. The lady called for a manager. She said she didn't know anything. I asked about my money because the main reason for the order was the meat. She called the store manager on the headset and then told her to call her on the phone--the second incident in one month. The store Manager never showed up, but instead, the manager lied to me to my face. They sent a manager I spoke to last weekend, and he did not do anything the previous weekend but look at me. I didn't mean anything to them since they didn't know how to be managers. The whole management staff needs to be replaced or demoted because it doesn't make sense or to close to Sam's. The nonchalant manager came up and said he was the only manager there. The store manager was calling from her car. How is that if the female manager just spoke to you on the headset and telephone? You are going to send the other manager to do your job. I still don't know why someone canceled it; I didn't get my money back from the meat, and the female manager said I was getting it back within 24 hours. It is still not there. I didn't receive an email stating it was getting canceled or replaced. I haven't received anything as of today. Call and reported this incident, and still nothing. I will not return to Sam's Club in Lawton, OK. Poor Customer Service at Sam's Club. Customer Service is critical to me because if you have good customer service, then I will continue to spend my money at your establishment, but if not, I will never step foot back in. Everything is word of mouth.February 4, 2023, at 12:15 pm, I placed an order for the meat department and bakery about three or four weeks before the incident. I asked the meat department the night before to ensure my order would be ready by 12 pm. He said yes. (In Sams, Friday, February 3, 2023, at 7:30 pm)I was coming there after 12 pm because I was trying to give them more time to complete my order. I went to the meat department first. The lady in this department said she didn't see the order for me. I am informing you that I have an order and spoke to someone last evening to check for it. I let her look, and I went to the bakery to get my car and cupcakes. While standing there, I was several customers in front of me. It was a man standing in the bakery talking to the bakery staff. Bakery Staffperson told the customer they didn't have an order for her. The staff member looked at the man who was standing there, and he said we don't have an order for you. The customer explained that she placed the order on Thursday, and the party was today. I asked for my order, and I only got a cake. So I ask where is the rest of my order. The cake was in the fridge, and my cupcakes were still sitting. I went back to the meat department. So she came back with a tray, and this was the only thing that she found. I explained to her that there were two trays and explained to her what they were. She went to the back and had a piece of paper in her hand. She tried to e

I just escaped my 15 abusive relatives while fighting six lawsuits at once against various abuses including attempted murder and judicial misconduct. For the past few days, Lawton has been a welcome change of pace and almost everyone I have met has been overwhelmingly kind. However, upon entering the Sam's club approximately 15 minutes ago, and looking at the missing persons posters on the wall, an older staff member approached me and rudely told me to get out calling me a trespasser. I responded saying that I would gladly, but asked her to more politely phrase her request. She doubled down on her hostility, and I responded 'say please'. She called security claiming I was refusing to leave when I had the entire conversation recorded on my phone proving I said I would leave willingly at least five times. A younger woman and a similarly aged male employee or also telling me to go, but they were doing so much more politely and professional. On the way out I turned to the elderly woman and told her that if she wanted to make someone feel bad in the future, she should simply just continue to punch them in the face. Then I said goodbye and walked out the door. Management, please teach this older lady some manners. Rudely threatening to call security is understandable if a known trespasser refuses to leave, but is inexcusable at the very first step at a complete stranger who didn't even know where he was to begin with. My license plate is still from the West Coast. I've dealt with enough defamations this past year, I don't want to have to post this on my activist tiktok too. If this review is responded to, I wish to have a written apology. As I said, it's not my word against theirs, I have the conversation recorded. Thank you
