Long story short, I was a victim of an automobile vandalism while I was out of cpuntry. My poor Camaro. Luckily, w/ my auto insurance, Safelite AutoGlass was the company they had a relationship w/ when there's an auto window claim. I was very satisfied w/ the communication leading up to the appointment day for the window replacement. The installer Drew was very helpful, professional, and informative. He did an outstanding job and even vacuumed the back seat area, removing any loose glass from the old rear window. That was so incredibly generous and appreciated. Thank you, Safelite, for having my back and back window! ☺️

Simply a pathetic company. trying to get windshields replaced after a big hail storm in June and it has been nothing but a nightmare. On our work truck, they initially screwed up and scheduled an in shop appointment. Finally got it fixed to be a mobile replacement and the tech cancelled because I guess it was raining in Oklahoma City, OK, not Lawton, OK. When the tech called he said to call to reschedule the mobile appointment, when I just tried, I was told they could not schedule it on their end, it would have to be from the store itself. I wasted 30 minutes trying to get this fixed but both the rep and her stupidvisor did not want to help, just said "have a nice day".

This is a nightmare company with the WORST business model ever heard of. All online with no actual personal to speak with. Even horrible companies atleast send your phone calls to a call center in India or the Middle East call center. Tried using their “Mobil app” to set up an appointment, as soon as you type zip code it changes to the furthest possible location, and of course I’d have to take a whole day to drive there, sit for hours and drive back. Now it’s saying they don’t offer it in my location, even though I’m parked at a stop light staring at the van.My recommendations for Safelite -If there are safelite shops customers should be able to call them directly-go back to the mobile repair set up. It was the ONLY thing separating your business from other glass shops-realign your company’s, actually read the reviews of “your shops” destroying ppls cars-Hold your employees accountable (do some under cover boss type of scenario)If this company cared it would seriously consider these things

I don't like it that you cannot speak to a person before scheduling. Also, I'm a VA Disabled Vet with Tax Exemption Status. They would not honor my Tax Exemption. I had to pay over $25 EXTRA for taxes that I have exemption status for being a Disabled Vet. I paid the taxes because I had to DRIVE over 90 miles for their service. I'm sure there was a location closer, but all they offered were OKC locations by automated phone messages, I could not get through to a human to speak with. I won't use them if I ever need window replacement in the future.

Set up my appointment for July 13th for the hours of 8am to 5pm. Waited the entire day and no one showed up. No one called me. I had to call SafeLite who then informed me that my glass never made the truck and my appointment was canceled. No one planned to contact me that my appointment was canceled.So after the no-call no-show I called to get my appointment changed. They then changed it for July 25th and advised I would get the day's first appointment at 8am.8 rolls around and no one shows up. So I waited until 8:30 and called, but they still don't have my number on file and the automated system advised me to call back during regular business hours between 8am and 5pm (called at 8:30 am). I called back at 9 am and the individual I talked with said that the appointment will likely be 9 or 9:30.So I am still here waiting for my original appointment that I have already paid SafeLite. So I guess they are going to just hold on to my money and not perform the service at this point. I will not likely be using SafeLite again. I will post an edit to this if they eventually reach out to me. If you are doing self-pay use a different company.

Scheduled a appointment for June 20th no one ever showed or called to tell them we're not coming, called to find out why and couldn't get in touch with a manager. They rescheduled me for today and once again had to call three times and finally spoke to a manager and they said my replacement was broke and didn't have one to bring but never even called me to let me know. If I wouldn't have called three different times today I would have never been notified. I do not recommend using them at all if you are wanting to do the come to you side of it.

Update: Truth: getting them there was a trial. Guy who completed the work? Friendly and fast. The windshield looks perfect.Original:Recommended by insurance, decent price. Had an appt 1/6/23 but they broke the replacement and rescheduled for 1/11/23. Got a message saying they'd be her in 20 mins. No one showed. Looked? Got a message they re-rescheduled for 1/12/23 with no information. Called and was hung up on. Called back and they were having audio issues. Called a third time to discover it went to a call center where they know absolutely nothing. They tried to contact the local store... No answer. Still waiting... But no clue when/if they'll get it done. Terrible, awful customer service.

Is the most worthless place to try to do business with not real sure I would even contact them anymore was just wanting to get a price quote and you can't talk to a live person they need to handle their business a better way I'm 62 years old and I don't have computers to get a hold of people

Tried to get my windshield replaced. They rescheduled me 4 times before I finally just gave up and went somewhere else.
