Not only does the store, lack quality merchandise, and what I mean by that is I’ve been to Rosses and other states and they have good clothes and I understand like the demographic part of everything plays a part in what they have on the shelves and what not so here a lot in Oklahoma it’s just very vague and it’s not a lot to choose from However my experience today was a lot of workers but the cashier like they just are I don’t know I’m not asking you to be over and like kiss my butt what I am you know if someone’s talking or you know just common customer service the woman before me receive like hi how are you? Everything OK and it’s just me come up. Check out get out and I’m like wow like What the freak so yeah I mean I’ll go back to the store because I like the store. I like Ross I shop at Ross. It’s just Customer service Two stars for me, Sully because the customer service piece just wasn’t there. I don’t know the girls name. I didn’t look at her name tag I believe at one, but she was short Black hair kind of curly I’m not sure if nationality I don’t really care another of that. She just you know to me train your workers to that customer service goes along way because people are spending their money in your store so they don’t have to.
