Don't let the appearance fool you it looks like a typical motel and could use some TLC cosmetic wise but our stay was great between the honesty of the staff and the cleanliness we were very surprised! Anyone having to stay in Lawton on a budget don't let the looks stop you from trying relax inn. My white socks didn't turn black from the floors, all surfaces were spotless, and even though the shower was small in our room the water pressure was great! The honesty is something that made this even better first the guy was honest about some issues with a smoking room we requested and allowed us to change to a non smoking room which was a blessing with small children and then my nephew left his phone in a drawer after we left and noticed the next morning we were able to call and the Manager located it and is sending it to us by mail. Overall my husband was not impressed at first sight but he was quickly proved wrong. We were very impressed for what we paid and are recommending relax in to anyone on a budget don't hesitate try them.

This a a cheap motel and I knew that going in. I just needed a place to sleep, ya know.Check in was easy. I can tell this is a small business and I'm happy to support a small business just doing what they can to stay afloat. It wasn't super busy here the night we stayed.Location wise it seems the road can get busy and loud during the day but at night there is not nearly as much traffic and it quiets down. It seemed pretty close to anything we wanted to visit.The room is kinda small and I'm sure it was not renovated in several years. The carpet had stains all over, the paint was chipping off the walls in some areas and had a yellowed hugh to it. The smell of chemicals upon entering the room was a bit overwhelming to me but eventually that calmed down.There is an a/c unit in the room, easy to control and worked well. The shower gets incredibly hot and stays hot. There is a small fridge and microwave in there should someone need it.The bed sheets were clean but the bed was not comfortable. I tossed and turned all night as it either made my arms go numb or made my lower back hurt.

The room was clean(NO BED BUGS), basic needs were met, the front desk staff were wonderful, and helpful. Location looks iffy but ppl were very chill/ or just didn't bother anyone; neighbor motels maybe had cops but Relax inn was a great choice for us. Great price ? if your short on funds and just trying to get started it could be worse

This is a great motel. The owner is very nice. It was a very fast check in process. The rooms were nice a big and the shower had great hot water. The bed was super comfortable and warm. The floor and walls were kept well cleaned. Also the staff was awesome. The price was awesome. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The gentleman was very friendly. Quick check-in. Reasonably priced. Bed was comfortable pillows was good.Bathroom was big. The shower was a little tricky but hey it worked and felt good after a long day of travel so won’t complain about that.

Perfect location. Came for army graduation at ft sill. Warm/hot showers perfect for me. Had coffee in morning . Perfect for our fast run out to the graduation. We were able to be accommodated with a last minute room change to have 2 beds. Thank you for that. I asked only for new towels and TP. And when we came home from graduation they left our mess alone & just gave us towels and tp. Greatly appreciated. We were there 4 days 3 nights so alot of running around. Beds felt great comfortable. Thank u to the family run (looks to be family run) relax inn. Family run even older & smaller they care more than big big chains.

quaint little motel along the red river valley. very nice staff and the rooms are absolutely spotless! the rates are more than great value. family business always gets an extra star from us! support local businesses and get the charm and personal touch instead of a cookie cutter big box hotel.

This is an old motel, but you can tell there has been a lot of care put towards the external. Location is close to Medicine Park and tons of restaurants! The staff was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room we were in is sceduled to be remodeled. The desk staff said that he was sorry we hadn't experienced a remodeled room and encouraged us to come back. The shower had nice, newer, tilework. Great room for the cost!!

I rented 3 rooms over a 2 week period for my employees who came up Dallas for a work assignment. First let me say this, the owner is a great gentleman. He bent over backwards to accommodate me with such short notice. My guys worked overnight, so they slept during the day...the owner saw to it that the rooms were cleaned at 6:30pm when the guys left to go to work. Now for the bad part: (1) though none of my employees smoke and wanted non-smoking rooms - none were to be found. All 3 rooms reeked of smoke. (2) two of the three rooms had fleas. My employees came to work every night with flea bites all over their stomach and back. (3) one of the rooms had mice. Upon returning to the room, the bread sack had a hole eaten thru the wrapper and some of the bread had been eaten - this happened on 4 different occasions. To sum it up: smoke smell, fleas, and mice. Though the price was right, it was just not worth it for the problems we had.

The gentleman at the window was very nice and very helpful. The room is small, it's clean and a king sized bed. Air works really well. I would choose this place again if I was to come back, good price, decent place.

Bad experience. Perhaps somebody needs to tell the manager, that paying a $70 room does not mean the guest has to get a dirty room with no fresh sheets. When we called him to see the hairs in the bed, he said: it's a cheap room, what do you expect? He threw a fit and shouted at us! Not acceptable. Also, the restroom had washcloths from the previous guests! Don't stay here. Cheap does not equal lousy. Don't try to normalize that.
