As a landscaping worker-Drainage maintenance team for City of Lawton, We-I want to have the good or best confy boots to work every day with not or less issues on feet.. This is my first experience with Red Wing boots and so far, they're the best.. They're not heavy or something bothering around my feet.. I really love them so far including the great service.. ? ?..

As a first-time customer (courtesy of GY), I was not disappointed. Skye lives up to her title as a Fit Specialist. She has the patience of a saint. 5 boxes and 2 insoles later, I found my perfect fit. I will be shopping there again soon.

Just noticed the boots that I got exchanged are unresolable factory 2nds so I’m gonna put this back up. Also they visibly throw their hands up in frustration and act unprofessional when you ask for a refund.

I am a first time Red Wings customer. Absolutely love my boots! They are extremely comfortable and I finally see what all the hype is about. That alone would have made me a return customer. But, the associate who helped me in the original sale is named Cybil. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and overall pleasant. I purchased my boots (Rio-Flex) which are safety toe work boots approximately 2 weeks ago. Yesterday while on a job site the toe of my right boot got snagged on a piece of rebar and it tore through the toe of my boot (not the safety toe thank God, but the leather). Oh no I thought, there goes my new $300 boots. Being a first time customer I knew that Red Wings have a warranty, so I figured I'd call Cybil. I explained what happened and she looked up my sale and said no problem, she'd replace the boots! So I drove the 45 minute drive still wondering what the catch was, but upon arrival Cybil already had my boots pulled and waiting for me!!! I will say this, I am blown away! Not only by the quality of the boots but, most of all the level of customer service that I received from Cybil! Red Wings and Cybil, you have a customer for life and if my options matters in the slightest, Cybil is a keeper!

Shout out to Cybil for finding and having the insoles I needed. I was probably not going to make it by closing time, so I called and she happily looked up what I needed and had them ready. Thank you, Cybil for your patience and positive attitude. I love love love my Red Wing boots!!
