The staff is super friendly, lots of pet stuff, they had what I needed. Everything was pretty affordable not to exuberant on the prices. All in all 5 out of 5.

I was not impressed that I am meant to pay and give a tip BEFORE I even see the haircut. My poor baby came out with half his beard cut higher than the other side. Never again!

I'm changing my review because since our initial visits, it has improved greatly. We usually can find what we need, are greeted when we approach the register, and can usually find someone to help us if we need it. Occasionally they will be understaffed and we'll have to wait for help, but that doesn't happen too often.

Inventories jot right. Order 2 pet stamps.online
Went to get them. Made to the store, went in, they hadn't fullfilled the order yet, went to look for myself and I got a text the the product was out of stock while I was in the store

The store was in good condition and everything was orderly. We are also approached by a member of the staff willing to help us before we were even asked... which was helpful. Only give four stars because the pricing was outrageous. $49.95 for a chihuahua harness is ridiculous. Same exact collar on Amazon was $24.95. We purchased it there and received in 2 days.

I checked out the animals they have being sold and they all look healthy. I'm interested in either a turtle or bird and they look healthy
