I'm changing my review because since our initial visits, it has improved greatly. We usually can find what we need, are greeted when we approach the register, and can usually find someone to help us if we need it. Occasionally they will be understaffed and we'll have to wait for help, but that doesn't happen too often.

Staff is helpful, but it's a very small inventory, and not a large selection. But the store is clean and the people are nice.

Went to get them. Made to the store, went in, they hadn't fullfilled the order yet, went to look for myself and I got a text the the product was out of stock while I was in the store

The store was in good condition and everything was orderly. We are also approached by a member of the staff willing to help us before we were even asked... which was helpful. Only give four stars because the pricing was outrageous. $49.95 for a chihuahua harness is ridiculous. Same exact collar on Amazon was $24.95. We purchased it there and received in 2 days.

I checked out the animals they have being sold and they all look healthy. I'm interested in either a turtle or bird and they look healthy

This place has the worst customer service I hope everybody else before helping you when you've been standing there 20 minutes are fish are always dead and diseased and they're always causing quarantine fish to go with fresh fish this place is the epitome of animal abuse

We had a great time looking at all the cool toys and treats for our animals! The young lady behind the register was super nice and very helpful! The other young lady at the register was very nice and extremely patient while my ten year old daughter paid for her stuff! Awesome store and staff!

The team is helpful, etc, well managed, good groomers, and pet training. I personally don't endorse Petco because they sell animals. It's known that this company has thrown away live animals in dumpsters. They should stick to training, grooming, and products. Live animals should not be sold here, as they always look so sad... ??☹️
