“I'm going to edit this from a one start for four-star because I spoke with the manager just now and everything was explained and I feel like she went out of her way to make sure that I was happy with everything she answered all my questions my intent was not to get anybody in trouble but just to acknowledge the problem I had and I felt like I was heard and I appreciate that. I live over an hour away from this store. So I went online ordered what I needed so that way as soon as I got off work I could get there as quickly as possible have one part of my order taken care of and the other thing was Purchasing a bird. We got there 40 minutes before closing time walked over to the birds so we could choose one. Worker came over turned bird lights off and then walked away. Went to checkout to ask about my online order. It was right there he pointed off to the side. I also need to buy my bird too. Worker told me he was to busy. I snap! I told him I think he could take a couple of minutes on a $1,000 sale! Not to mention my pick up order that I paid online for was for the cage for this bird that was around $350-ISH. It took everything I had not to just say never mind and I want my money back for what I just bought but that little conure had already stolen my heart. So after we purchased the bird and got our on the online stuff into the car we drove to Petsmart to get the rest of the things I need it for him and they were super sweet very helpful. I don't understand how they stay in business when they don't even want to take the time to make sells?”
