We had our cats on cheap canned food but they recommended we try raw freeze dried treats and wenuva or something like that. Ever since, my cats' coat have been GLAMOROUS. Thank you k-9s!

223 NW 2nd St, LawtonI'm going to edit this from a one start for four-star because I spoke with the manager just now and everything was explained and I feel like she went out of her way to make sure that I was happy with everything she answered all my questions my intent was not to get anybody in trouble but just to acknowledge the problem I had and I felt like I was heard and I appreciate that. I live over an hour away from this store. So I went online ordered what I needed so that way as soon as I got off work I could get there as quickly as possible have one part of my order taken care of and the other thing was Purchasing a bird. We got there 40 minutes before closing time walked over to the birds so we could choose one. Worker came over turned bird lights off and then walked away. Went to checkout to ask about my online order. It was right there he pointed off to the side. I also need to buy my bird too. Worker told me he was to busy. I snap! I told him I think he could take a couple of minutes on a $1,000 sale! Not to mention my pick up order that I paid online for was for the cage for this bird that was around $350-ISH. It took everything I had not to just say never mind and I want my money back for what I just bought but that little conure had already stolen my heart. So after we purchased the bird and got our on the online stuff into the car we drove to Petsmart to get the rest of the things I need it for him and they were super sweet very helpful. I don't understand how they stay in business when they don't even want to take the time to make sells?

910 W Gore Blvd, LawtonI just took my one year old Pomeranian there today. It was his first grooming experience so I knew he would be nervous. When I went in for my appointment I was only scheduled for a bath even though I thought that I booked a full grooming appointment. Thankfully they were so kind and even though they were busy they were able to get him in for the full groom. Which was so nice instead of having to reschedule, so from the beginning their customer service was wonderful. They initially told me an hour but because he was so scared it took longer. Which I appreciated because they worked at his speed in order to not overwhelm him during the process. It is so nice to know that they care about the dogs well being over trying to rush through and cause him anxiety. The groomer (which I feel terrible I didn’t get her name) came out when I picked him up. She told me how my lil guy did and gave me some advice on how to desensitize him to the sound of the dryer as well as techniques to try and prevent him from matting. Also their prices are more than reasonable and I’m very pleased with the outcome of my guys haircut. He smells fantastic and they did exactly what I wanted as far as the haircut. Keeping it natural while taking care of any matting and giving him a sanitary cut. He will definitely being going back

She is very thorough and kind, always giving the best advice. You can tell she really cares about the animals by the way she interacts with them. Each kitten I have brought to her she treats as an individual, not just a four legged cash grab. Her staff are also wonderful people with an obvious passion for the health and wellbeing of animals, and the office kitties are always a plus! While I waited on funding they sent me pictures and a short video. I highly recommend them if your looking for a good vet hospital for your pet. Thanks to all of you who helped my cat through a very traumatic experience and myself. I didn't get to actually meet Dr.Black but the other vet who is Dr. Carlucci was very knowledgeable and respectful about my situation. But Dr.Black and Dr.Carlucci saved my cat and I will always be eternally grateful.

I've lost a few pets from age, and he has always been compassionate with my family. I love the way they treat us and talk with us. I would recommend them to anyone. Dr Underwood is also a great vet. He saved my dogs life when she almost died, and he was in call. Dr underwood is my son's vet as well and is a great vet to. I highly recommend them to anyone.

They got us checked in early and our dogs were well taken care of during their stay. We chose the day boarding and the bath. if we are ever here again and need our dogs boarded, we will use them again. 10/10 highly recommend!
