The techs need to improve there expertise. I brought in two PCs one old and asked them to transfer some components from one to the other and install a new power supply. Two techs told me that was impossible and that the components were incompatible. I took them home and was able to do it all myself quite easily with just a few YouTube videos. I should thank them for saving me money, but its a sign their technicians aren't up to par.

I gave them my pc to fix and they did but they down graded my pc. I went from 180 Frames Per Second(FPS) to 60 Frames Per Second(FPS).

This shop is located right behind my mommy and me boutique. My Mac Book would not turn on having charging issues. I called them, they said bring it on over. I arrived no wait, they troubleshooted it. They found out I had a bad charging cord. They had an affordable cord on hand to purchase. I was in and out in 5 minutes and back at my shop within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them! A nice and honest repair business in town! 10/10 will recommend to any of my customers! Will be back for all my repair needs! Thanks so much again.

These people will not stand behind their work after they break a device. I brought them a working laptop, paid them to check for them to tell me I had to replace a small part. A week later they call me and tell me to pick up my laptop which does not turn on now...Be careful with these people..
