GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR REPAIRS! Requested parts last January for an accident, they said it was ready within a week. I’ve brought in my car multiple times. The first time they had my car for a couple weeks with no repairs complete. Then i was told greg was going to call me back, he never did. I had to physically come up there for them to give me back my car so i can drive to work. The second time they told me the same thing, my parts is ready for my car. They held my car for over a month and nothing was getting done. Its now SEP and i received my car but its not fully completed.

Repaired my daughters Kia looks like it rolled off the lot after her accident!! Great shop got the work done in the amount of time they said it would take got texts throughout process giving me updates. Highly recommend!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I was an employee when we was Pamplins Body Shop and we got bought out. After we got bought out they hired absolutely anyone and two employees wrecked customers vehicles on the lot. ONE WAS A TOTAL AND COMPLETE LOSS! GREG DID NOT INFORM THE OWNER OF ONE VEHICLE. Joke of a body shop seen better work from people's back yards!

Before you bring any cars for dislocation. Make sure you take picture to the radio they messed up my radio ,the side of my door is supposed to be have something and it still don’t have it , they supposed to be have that ready. They supposed to be call me when they had the piece and they still do not call me please if your car is not ready. Do not pick your car because they acting like whatever we don’t need you anymore. and they want to act like whatever they don’t do nothing to the radio my radio cause 1300 and they supposed to be call me they never did. When they insurance pay for their job they want to act like whatever we don’t need you anymore just take your car. That’s how I feel. and then for something that $$almost $5,000 they can do better job…😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 if I Know That This Shop Is Like This I Don’t Even bring My Car Here..

I took my car to have it repaired at Joe Hudson’s collision .They did an outstanding job with my car stayed with it. The work was outstanding. The paint body was outstanding very satisfied. I would recommend them to my family and friends or anyone else that had questions Very informative of what they did to the car they had to repaired. They were really kind and patient and understanding The staff members there thank you for your services. I would bring my vehicle there on any occasion that I need repairs done in the future. Thank you once again for outstanding work.

I dropped my vehicle off at Joe Hudson's Collision Center for a damaged door that occurred in a car accident. This was paid thru an insurance company, that the person liable was insured with. I was quite Amazed with the outcome and would recommend this collision center Forever!!
