I went to buy a cabin filter for my 2020 chevy sonic and the young gentleman who help me was very professional and polite. He is also very knowledgeable about the filters he showed me a long list and told me which one was the best and that's the one I bought. I like the people who work there and that's where I will do my car business l give them a 5 star rating. I was very pleased. Keep up the great work. ?

What I like most about O'Reilly auto parts are the hours of operation, and warranty. I believe napa has superior parts, but I find myself shopping at O'Reilly because they are open all day on weekends when I'm off work.

I needed a left low beam plug with a lamp. The parts person was able to find it quickly and tell me the part number for it. He directed me to the aisle where I could find it. I got the right one and replaced the old one. So, I'm happy with the person that helped me.
