Honestly zero stars should be an option. As the other reviews stated, my truck came out w so many scratches and almost as dirty as when it went in. The employees didn’t really care when they sprayed it down either. Definitely not coming here again. Not worth the money to mess up my paint and not even wash the vehicle. And when you bring up the scratches to the employees they don’t care and say it’s not their fault and nothing can be done.

I’ve thought about canceling my subscription due to many factors. However the one that I care to share is after going through the car wash my car should come out clean. The last couple of times I’ve been I’m still leaving with dirt on it barely any cleaner than when I went in. Yesterday they barely sprayed my car and then pushed me through. There are a couple employees that truly make an effort to do their jobs correctly here. When they’re not working it usually doesn’t come out clean.

My car looks almost just as bad as it did going into the wash. You can still see dirt & soap residue on my car as well as smear marks. Plus I’m almost positive a few scratches were not there before the wash :/. I’m very disappointed and upset.The vacuums are at least powerful

Bought a membership here and the service has been great. However, recently my truck hasn’t been getting as clean as it should. To top it off checked the website for hours, drove up to get my truck washed and then decided to close early.

Very helpful staff. They make sure to get the bugs and crust off before they send you through. Worth every penny. Best drive through car wash I've ever been to.

BEST car wash I ever been to! The guys actually wash off the bugs as I enter the car wash. I been to so many car washes and never seen this effort! It's so simple but so great!

Why would this place do maintenance in middle of the day ,when I have a membership trying to wash my truck on my lunch. Just think it's not smart timing

Staff were nice and all but paid $17 for my car to still be dirty. The hood was still visibly dirty, along with the tail lights and many spots on the side of my car. Not worth the price.Services: Auto detailing

It has been about a month now and the car wash in Lawton Oklahoma still has one rollers that does not work and the water smells like rotten eggs I really like using your car wash but if something is not done soon you are going to loose my business thank you for your time

They were friendly and replaced oil very quickly. He did a light check and checked the tire pressure as requested.
