Oak hills apartments is definitely my first recommendation for an apartment. Neighbors keep to themselves and office staff is very professional and helpful at any time of day.

I move here about a month ago. It been very good. I look at other apartments in town didn't feel confident in living there. This was far best place. Quiet and safe. If your looking for apartment come by see for your self

I am concerned about the lack of consistent communication and accessibility to address immediate issues in the apartment complex. Despite attempts to contact the office, it has been challenging to connect and receive timely responses. This has led to inconveniences such as unexpected visits by repair personnel without prior notification or delays in resolving simple inquiries.Ensuring a well-staffed and responsive team would greatly improve the tenant experience. Clear and proactive communication regarding maintenance schedules, especially concerning disruptions like water outages, is crucial. It's important to note that while everyone has their own responsibilities, maintaining professionalism in managing tenant needs is fundamental, especially considering the reliance of many residents on these accommodations due to varying financial circumstances.In essence, I advocate for improved operational efficiency to better serve the community and uphold the standards expected in a housing facility. It's about creating an environment where both the residents and the management fulfill their respective duties for a mutually beneficial living situation.Text messages never received. Voiced that concern and nothing was done about it.

Very quiet place very clean . Close to Walmart and other retailers. Even has access to bus transportation for the people that may not have transportation. I can say I’m finally home.
