Dakota is a true professional that really helped us find what I was looking for and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. We have now gone to being a Nissan family with my wife in a Titan and me in a frontier. Could not have asked for a more smooth and comfortable transition with viewing, selection and purchase. We definitely would recommend Dakota Gaines and the Nissan family for your auto needs!! Best experience ever in my 54 years!!!! We love our Nissan's!!!

Called in the other day about an oil change and the lady that answered said her name was Ana and she was a pleasant woman to talk to. She told me of what was included in the oil change and also that they would look at other things as well. She was kind and very thorough. Thank you Ana.

Not sure why their service dept staff are telling me different things.
Called Saturday and was told services come with complimentary carwash.
Came in today for service and female staff told me they would vacuum the car but not wash it, which is weird.
Anyways, i just dont like it when employees are not being honest with their paying customer/s.

I went into Nissan of Lawton looking to trade my car. A very nice salesman by the name of Tristan Demarta was very help and explained to me the trading of the car and helped me with the new cars I wanted. They had the car I wanted but not the color I wanted. Tristan D. told me they had that color in another store and they could get it here in a few days. Imagine my surprise when Tristan called the next day and said "your car is here". This car has everything I wanted and then some! Ramona was helpful she went over the financing and signing with me. It was quick and easy. I was given a tour of Nissan Dealership. All of the people that I can in contact with was very pleasant. I am very satisfied with my visit there and my new car! Nissan of Lawton came through like some champions. Management gave me a call and told me that they were sorry for the inconvenience. They informed me that they will rectify the problem. Now that’s service with the smile and professionalism at the highest. They didn’t wait 72 hours, one week, two weeks, or a month, instead they resolved the problem with the 24 hours of getting wind of what transpired. I knew for a fact that Nissan of Lawton is a great dealership and they will always get my money. Thanks for the professionalism and customer service management.

I went to go get my oil changed here and they did a phenomenal job. They got me in and out and the customer service was superb. I would recommend coming here just because you get treated so well.

The salesmen here at Nissan of lawton are very respectful and welcoming! Especially Ricky & Dakota! My family has bought several cars from them over the past years and it’s been a 5/5 experience with them each time. Rating Parts Department and Location only:
Location: it’s in an odd spot, no real competition around this dealership over by the mall. It is really crammed in there, limited parking, but parking lot is in good condition.
Parts department: The gentleman who helped was very knowledgeable and printed paperwork with diagrams on it so we could ensure we ordered the correct part. Parts arrived and I was contacted promptly.
