When I first went to Southwest Honda I was just looking until I saw the car that Thomas had found for me. He had found the car that matched every criteria I had set. When he talked his manager into giving me what I thought my trade in was worth we had a deal. The finance guy was sensational. If I owned a dealership this is the guy I would want working for me. All in all, I had a very pleasant positive experience. Thanks guys, I love my new Honda Accord Hybrid Touring.

The service department was a little slow. 10:30 appointment for a battery replacement. Left at 11:45. 30 minute job.

I was pleased with the ease in making an appointment. The checkin people met us with pleasant smiles and greetings. From time to time we were updated on the progress of what we were having done. We can’t complain about anything! It was a pleasant experience!

Southwest Honda was actually a good experience. Salesman was not too aggressive, very knowledgeable and courteous. Traded a vehicle and was low balled on the value by the used car manager but the sales manager came to my rescue and actually gave me what my trade was worth. I would certainly recommend you give Southwest Honda a shot at your business. I plan to purchase another vehicle from them in the near future.

(Update. Original review below). Second time here to get our CRV scheduled maintenance done . It was pretty flaw. The service lady was kind and reviewed all the paperwork when it was done. The service was done quickly and everything was reset on the reminder.
********It was my first time getting our Honda CRV serviced at this dealership. Overall, the experience was fine. I only gave it 4 stars because the mechanic did not reset the service warnings. Yes, it's easy to do, but it kind of goes with "attention to detail" and makes me wonder if anything else was missed.
