Loved how nice she was and felt at home but was not pleased with quality of wax. Did not get all the hairs and waxed over the same spot multiple times which caused redness, swelling, and bleeding from skin being ripped off. Would not recommend for waxing unfortunately. It was also unsanitary.Service: Body Waxing

I 100% hate the hair cut I received at this salon. Staff is nice and salon has good vibes, but overall getting my hair cut here was extremely stressful because I was watching my stylist mistreat my hair and was too afraid to say anything about it. I will never be returning here for service, but the people who run this salon are genuinely good decent people.

Felicia, the stylist assigned even though our appointment was made with the owner, was asked to take no more than 3 inches off my daughter's very long hair. Instead, she chopped over 12 inches off! The result was nothing close to what was communicated, but it's not like you can glue the hair back on once that initial cut is made. We will not return.

Inexperienced stylists. I came here and received a Brazilian blowout and literally as I was driving home my hair began to curl. Turns out the owner/stylist did not put enough treatment in my hair. The salon was very cramped and dirty when I went. But, that could have just been a one time occurrence. I still would not return.

I got a bikini wax done here and was pretty disappointed. Granted I hadn't had one done in almost a year but she was very rough with me and rather than soothing me by sympathizing with my pain, she blamed me for it. "Now you'll never go so long without waxing again, huh?" Plus she double-dipped the stick and after the wax I noticed other hairs all over the wax bowl! Ugh. Had I realized this beforehand I never would have gotten the wax done there in the first place. Will never go there again!
