Ordered 2 replacement doors (1 set of french doors and one single exterior door) in August 2023. Doors arrived on October 17 for install. Doors were completely wrong. Lowes reordered the doors (only one though then they finally ordered the second one too causing further delay). The second attempt doors arrived in December. These doors were also incorrect. Now here it is almost 6 months later and guess what? Still no doors. Our sales rep is awesome but is waiting on Lowes “management” to figure out how they are going to make it right. We have used the install service before from another Lowes and had a great experience. However, at this Lowes, 1 star is 5 too many.Following up to the generic response below from Lowes:We received a call from our sales rep today (2 days after my initial review) and we were told that the door manufacturer could not make the french doors our size. I know this is not true because our french doors are common sizes throughout the industry and even still offered i side Lowes and their website. Supposedly the french doors they can get would either be 1/4” too big or 2” too small. That does not make sense to me at all. The Lowes installation team verified that it’s a common french door size again even after getting the phone call (we called them after getting told disinformation from the rep). Lowes did not even attempt to complete the installation on the one single exterior door they CAN get…they just cancelled the entire order after almost 6 months of runaround. Their “speed up and improve customer delivery” that they mention in their canned reply below really meant “speed up and improve how we get rid of our customers.” This is a blatant demonstration that Lowes just did not want to deal with us anymore. I’m sure Home Depot will be able to figure out my doors and gain my future business as well. It’s beyond time to stop doing business with Lowes since they obviously don’t want my business. Spend some time reading the reviews on here from people that are making big purchases and you will see you would be better off taking your business elsewhere.

I won't be shopping at Lowe's again. Not a single cash register open, when I asked the employee she said (very politely) that they don't open them anymore that it's all self checkout. Well unfortunately for Lowe's I'm not a slave like my ancestors and I don't work for free! So if you want me to work for you you'll have to pay me my going wage. Until y'all stop trying to bring back slavery I'll go elsewhere!

Update #3We had a conversation this morning and realized we had both been smelling gas in our backyard. We called Summit out and sure enough there was a gas leak where the installers had tied into our gas line. 20ish days ago.Protocol is to have the gas turned off and for us to have to call the plumber to fix it.Update#2And someone from the Lowe’s left us a message saying they were trying to get a hold of us. Uh, nope. And we return the call to the Lowe’s installation team and they said the installers were ready to make an appointment, not that they’ve been trying to contact us. So the appointment was made but it’s not until mid February. It is currently January 31. Did I mention that we started this process The second week of September and paid for everything in full?Update #1We called them back after Lowe’s offer of a different number: same ole same ole. Referred back to the same people that are not returning our calls. Calls made to various areas of Lowe’s result in a transfer to the Lowe’s installation department, then to Wendy at Generac being unavailable.Sept 2023 we ordered and paid for a generator and installation.Nov 2023 we inquired about the status and were told the installers said they were waiting on the permit. I went to our city permit office and there was no permit filed. We contacted Lowe’s again and informed them of what we had learned. A few days later we were told they needed more pictures, and our point of contact came out and took more.A week or so later we had to send a picture to our point of contact. The installers finally called and gave us a date. Lowe’s called and said they could not do that because Lowe’s had not received approval for everything. On Jan 2, 2023 We called to tell them we wanted a full refund. Their response was ‘someone is driving down from the city now to install’.They did arrive and the job is about half done. We have called several times since and were told Lowe’s is waiting for the Generator super center to call them and schedule the final install. Lowe’s keeps telling us (3x) that Wendy is not available to schedule the appointment and will be available the next day.It is Jan 22nd, 2024, we have freezing rain, near freezing temps, and no generator. We are not happy. We have used Lowe’s for many years and they have always made things right, but recently there has been a change. This incident is too much.I might add, during this time frame, we recommended a friend to Robinson Air of Lawton OK and her generator is installed and all is well for her.

Great people, they're friendly and ask if you want any help. You don't have to chase them down like at Home Depot.Well stocked and well labeled prices and descriptions of the products.

Zero would be more accurate. We bought a washer/dryer set in August. Said it was back ordered a few weeks, cool. We can wait. A month passes and no one contact us. I call, only to get told it’s scheduled for delivery straight from the company that week. Convenient. Receive a call about delivering our “clearance items” that Tuesday. Made clear we didn’t purchase clearance items. Guy on the phone says yeah they’re floor items, clearanced out. The items we ordered had been discontinued a week after we ordered them and no one told us. Had to call several times to get our refund.Second issue- Black Friday- found a brand new commercial freezer on clearance. Store is busy, so flooring associate offers to complete our purchase. Okay. Offers delivery. Purchase is completed. Appliance associate says “oh we don’t deliver these.” “Clearance items aren’t refundable” great. Find a trailer, get it loaded, hooked up, only to find out it’s faulty and they refuse to take it back.Third chance- buy a flattop online, pick up 12/21. Look on 12/20, been changed to 12/28, cancel order. Buy one says instore pick up within 3 hours. Perfect. Buy it. Unchecked the box to have it assembled. Lo and behold, it’s assembled and will absolutely not fit in my vehicle. They can order one, but it will be after Christmas.
