I love how I can find everything I need at Lowes for all my renovating needs, however when I went the other day, I told the person I was with that I could not set down an item I was going to purchase, the cashier started laughing at me. I kept it cool, but I was ready to say it all up there. I'm disabled and I have had two surgeries on that arm. I walk with a cane so I had the person I was with hel0 me because if that woman would have gotten any closer, I might get banned from Lowes, she was pathetically RUDE.

Absolute trash service. Especially on the managers part. Waited for our washer to be taken to the front and they let someone else buy it from under us. Hope the manager who sees this realizes they failed a family of six today.

Clean store with very helpful employees. Freddie was extremely helpful when we needed a ladder taken off the upper shelf and she even found us a ladder on clearance that met our needs.

Lowes Lawton OK has a remarkable young salesperson in appliances. She went above and beyond her job to help me the day I buried my husband. I found the freezer ( full of beef, fish, pork, veggies, melted ice cream) was hot and would not recycle on. It was 8:30 pm when I called her. She had a freezer ready for me when I arrived and arranged help for me. Her positive attitude, “We can get this done” proves she will do well in life and promotes a high work standard for Lowes. Thank you , Savannah, for turning a crisis into a positive experience.

Update 12 May 2024:
Lowe's has finally lost our business for good. Customer service at this store has hit rock bottom. Spent over 10 minutes with the cashier after self-checkout wasn't working out for me due to tax exempt and military status. Manager was non-responsive when the cashier tried to get her attention and was in my opinion not a customer service friendly person.
Went to the Home Improvement Store next door and walked out with a new water heater in less than 10 minutes without any problems and at a cheaper price.
Update 14 Sep 2023:
30 minutes to get a 50' roll of Romex. The wire is in a locked-up cage with a handy "Call for Assistance" button right next to it; listened for 10 minutes to the PA announcement that customer needed assistance. When assistance arrived, he told me that he had to get someone with a key; there went another 10-15 minutes.
The lady with the key had to bring the Romex to the self-checkout herself but got caught up helping another customer on the way there; this had me standing at the checkout waiting for another 10 minutes during which, not a single customer checked out.
This Lowes is in dire need of new management, because customers like me will not be returning.
Been shopping at this store since they opened a couple of decades ago, and usually spend over 10k a year on home improvement products. However, now that they only have self-checkout without sufficient personal to support customers, I go next door to Home Depot.

Good store, in and out quickly. Inventory online was accurate to the aisle and bay. The gentleman at check out was pleasant. No irritation at all.
