feel like dealership took advantage of 100 percent disabled veteran. if I could go, no stars, or negative stars. I would. I went in here in August purchased a car. You know they gave me an extended warranty that said it was free wasn't free. 3700 for that. I wouldn't have paid for it or gotten it. He said it was free and it wasn't. The finance guy rushed me through the paperwork so I didn't see it until I got home. It wasn't free. You don't have to be shady. You could've asked me if I wanted it yes or no this is the price not tell me it's free. Gave me 2000 for my trade-in but sold it for 9500. The day I went in there. My FICA score was 721, cause I can go back and check. for that month. All three credit bureau agencies were 731. I'm getting denial letters from Banks that I would've got approved for. my scores have not been under 700 in several years. It seems shady to misrepresent someone's credit score. for credit. to get them with one of their subprime lenders. when I should've had more options with a 721 FICA, and a 731 credit score not Credit Karma either. That's why I hate going to dealerships. I will never ever ever purchase a car from them again. I'm highly pissed off right now. This pisses me off because bank is hot garbage. called the bank and they didn't even know what my score was. went by the Dealer told them. four letters have been for denial with different scores ranging from 697 to 680. my score wasn't below 700. all three credit agencies, or my FICO not credit karma. buyer beware this dealership is in violation of the consumer protection act, which is a form of fraud. misrepresenting consumers credit to put them with one of your subprime lenders is a form of fraud. they're gonna do their best to stick with one of piece of crap the lender banks. This bank is shady to when you look at how much you owe. It only shows the principal amount of the loan not the interest I've taken plenty a car loans in my life interest always shows in the total amount, and it doesn't for this lender that they're pushing .beware of this dealership. I attached a picture of my FICA score for July 21, 2023 721. purchased August 18, 2023 trans Union, Experian, Equifax, don't update my FICA until the 21st of the month so that score 721 from July still was good when I purchased on the 18th August. Do better. This is ridiculous. buyer beware be cautious shop around. They stuck me with Santander consumer USA when I agreed to one percentage. you call them that's what they say.but they're reporting a 1.5 higher percentage rate to all three credit bureaus without my authorization. The paperwork shows lifelong interest. At one thing you call them. That's what they say, but again they're reporting to the credit bureaus more interest for the life of the loan without your authorization. . I'm going to confer with my attorney today. cause I think that's illegal. This bank has lawsuits pending in 33 states. subprime piece of crap lender With my FICO score picture below should not have had a bank that has 33 states in lawsuits against them . I feel like the dealership is culpable and complicit . Do not use this Bank or this dealership. Both are bad. why are they pushing a Bank That's has lawsuits pending in 33 states pushing a subprime lender with someone that should've had more options with their score. Purposely reporting credit scores to the bank to put you with their subprime lender

My car has been there 3 months they claim the warranty company has not paid for repairs do not take your car here it will be a VERY long time before you get it back they told me I could pick it up Friday now they are saying it still has not been paid for by the warranty I called the warranty company they said they have not yet received a bill now they are saying next week do not take your car here for repairs

Very poor customer service from the salesmen. I researched a couple vehicles for my son-in-law & we went to take a look at them. One wasn't even there. It was out as a loner vehicle. (Which is the one that we really wanted to look at). The other wasn't cleaned or ready to be sold but they showed it to us anyway. My son in law left his phone number with the salesman for him to call when it returned. They called me to check up & see if I found a vehicle yet. I told them my son in law is awaiting their call. They called again! This time I was irritated because because they still hadn't called my son in law. They promised to call him. It's been over a month & they STILL have not called him. Very poor customer service. Must be nice to just pick & choose who you want to do business with.

I see a lot of reviews bashing on this dealership for their price markups and poor customer service. Did you forget we're in a recession, dealing with inflation and we have an inventory shortage? What did you expect? Give a piss-poor attitude and you'll get piss-poor results. Inflation has caused the price of everything in your little lives to go up in price. Thank our corrupt government. This dealership had the car I wanted. They even gave me more for my trade-in than the Kia dealer in Wichita Falls. The salesman I dealt with is top notch and I had no issues communicating with him. He was very thorough throughout the entire process. The guy over in the finance office was great. He didn't push anything and he went out of his way to explain everything if I had questions. Hands down best experience at a Kia dealership in years. They have my business and I have no problem driving from Wichita Falls to take care of business. I hope someone at the dealership sees this. Also give a shout-out to the other members of the staff that always came around asking if we needed anything while we wait.

I should have listened to the previous bad reviews and you should too! Avoid this place at all costs! they are ONLY worried about making money and not a fair deal! They had a different price on their own website than they did once I got to their lot ($10k) difference. They blamed "inflation" but I called other places while there and they all gave me layouts of prices and they were all around MSRP. AVOID this place at all costs.

AVOID AT ALL COST We saw they had Toyota Rav 4 online for 16k. First thing I noticed once we got on the lot was that no one approached us. Not a single person. They looked at us but they did not approach us. So already, I don't like this business. Next, we walk inside and AGAIN no one approached us. We had to approach them! We spoke to a young gentlemen who referred us to someone else, then that person referred us to someone else. We had met 4 different people within the 5 minutes we were in there. Just horrible. Lastly, this car had cigarette burns, it was not cleaned thoroughly. It was obvious the chairs were not shampooed or vacuumed. Huge scratch and dents but it ran well. We just needed a second car. When it came time to talk prices they wanted 19k! When online it clearly says 16k. We laughed a lot once we left. They have to be smoking crack at that dealership. After we went to Toyota in Lawton...5 seconds of us pulling up, a gentlemen walked outside greeted us at our car and just went above and beyond. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND
