terrible place broken gates and security cameras are not working. upper management will not fix issues. homeless everywhere sleeping in units and theft is almost a daily occurrence

Worst experience ever. The guy who answers the phone is useless and needs to be trained on customer service and his JOB. Did not have answers for anything. I asked for a manager and he said he would give them a message to call me. I really hope someone calls me soon.
