"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME." Thought we would try one the advertised special and was met with bad attitudes right from the start. Ordered at the drive through and was told it would take 5 minutes to cook it. Paid at window and was told to wait on entrance side of building. Waited 15 minutes and called to check on it and was told it was still cooking. Went inside to check and wait some more and was treated with prejudice when I inquired about the order. Order was finally done and didn't even get a thank you or anything. Absolutely no customer care or concern.The staff from management to employees should be terminated and a better crew brought in. Until then I will avoid that place like the plague. Now I know why I never see cars there during business hours. Corporate, you need to fix it

This was the most horrible KFC that I have ever seen. Cold food , forgot to put in my cold slaw. Bisquets were horrible could have used them for bombs or hockey pucks. Couldn't have cut them with chain saw. Employees were bad. They need to be trained. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 1. And that's only because they showed up for work. I will never go back. I wouldn't feed that slop to hogs.

This is the filthiest restaurant I have been in a long time. Every table was gross, restrooms were awful, the windows haven’t been cleaned in months. The smell was like unbearable.

Why ask if I want white meat or dark then when I say white meat you tell me your out of white meat. Your employees are dumb and your shift mgrs need to be fired.

Never been so upset with food, customer service and management. Surprised this place is still open. I miss the kfc/tacobell off LEE. Store was closed on the inside so also had to wait in line AGAIN and they were very ugly about everything, spoke to the manager and she was even uglier. It come as a big surprise when you can't even get the manager to understand your situation and fix your problem but just make more excuses for your very unprofessional and pitiful crew. It comes as an even bigger surprise when you contact their customer service headquarters because it's not the first time I've had issues but now with the manager too and they have no concern trying to better the actual restaurant they just want to know what food wasn't good and to refund a piece of your meal not the while experience. DO BETTER CACHE KFC.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had literally took them 20 minutes to make me a chicken sandwich. Nobody in the store customer wise lobby was Locked And there were 3 people outside that were workers enjoying a cigarette.If this is the quality of service that KFC.Allows their employees. I will gladly take my business to Popeyes. Or chicken express at least I know it will get my meal hot.
