Do not use the online tool to make your appointment. Was scheduled for 5:30, drove 30 minutes to get there, and was called as I arrived to be told that none of the 3 stylists working could finish a boys haircut in the 30 minutes before closing. Patrice Latshaw and Sierra Rumble were two of the three stylists unwilling to honor our appointment. Was left on hold waiting to talk to a manager, and was disconnected. I guess I'll wait until tomorrow to call back. Very disappointed.

Went in to get hair colored and trimmed. The person very nice but spent most time away talking to her family members. She did a good job on my hair as far as the color and then turn brown although she was a little rough with my hair as far as you know, unit and stuff like that which is okay unless you are tender head that you should probably ask tired either working with somebody's hair which was not done.

There is a beautiful African American lady who was working in the salon when I went there on 12/22. I was looking for a Paul Mitchell color care gift set for a gift. She did what she could to help me locate it but it wasn’t in the salon. She was so kind and helpful.

I've been going to JCP for about 5 years now and Mari is fantastic! I'm usually having her mix up some random shade of red and it always turns out fantastic, never any hot roots, blends perfectly. My haircut is always immaculate and exactly what I've requested, of course with professional finesse. I've had some jacked up hair cuts in my life but I always look fantastic leaving JCP!

I had my hair done by Kelly from long hair down to my elbows to A bob, still till this day I love it. Get alot of compliments. I have always had long hair and she did a awesome job giving me the confidence I needed to have my hair done this short!! I highly recommend Kelly Marie
