Made an appointment for 10 am got there a couple minutes late maybe 2. But I had to wait because someone else walked in before me so instead of honoring the appointment they took the walk in. And the lady working there said she opens at 9:45 well the website says 10 and the first appointment isn’t available until 10 so did she open early for her friend or someone she knew? I said I needed to be somewhere at 11 and the employee said well you can go to the on off Cache Rd they are open. So I left. Customer service was horrible and then she had her mother sitting at a desk which looked like she worked there, so I approached her to ask what to do next because no one said anything after filling out the client data sheet. Don’t recommend going to this location. So I’ll be going somewhere else to get my taxes done.

The price was not reveled until the preparation were completed and the price was over$500.00. I will never use Jackson Hewitt tax services again in life.
