“Absolutely wonderful experience! ALL of the reps at the Lawton store were so friendly! Russel (who was helping out from another store) & Chad spent 2 days with us cleaning up an account & changing a number- all they got out of it a case & an accessory! If I saw us the 2nd day, I would’ve run!! But Chad cheerfully & patiently helped us again! That Verizon store truly is an experience store!”
“I was with US Cellular many years ago. When I started having trouble with reception with my previous 2 carriers because of take overs, I went back to them and haven't ever regretted it. The reception is top tier anywhere I go. The people in the store are friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaints are that the put a app on the phone that I can't get off that prevents me from using some features of some of my apps. I can't even stop it, it has complete control over everything on my phone. Then there's the $5 credit I was supposed to receive for paying my bill early, that I haven't ever gotten. But it's still my favorite carrier.”
